Air Algerie is a state-owned airline serving short haul and point-to-point routes from Algeria. The flag carrier was founded in the year 1947 and operates from its main hub at Houari Bourmediene Airport. Headquartered at Algiers, the airline employs more than 9,000 across the country. With a fleet of 59 aircraft, the airline connects to 75+ destinations and annually serves close to 6 million passengers.
