I purchased 3 items online on the 17th of August. 1 was fine the other 2 were incorrect (which was your fault), I called customer service’s and got told I had to return them (which I did on the 20th and you received on the 23rd). I’ve made numerous amount of calls, as I’ve still yet to to receive my refund to re order my items. I’ve been told on 4 occasions (3 of which were by managers) that I would get calls back to let me know what’s going on, I didn’t receive a single call. Its now September 25th and I’m still waiting. I can honestly say it’s the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Any ideas who else I can get in contact with to resolve this issue?
I bought a pair of Adidas Boost Terrex (endless energy) 355 trail running shoes (in blue) last year and the laces ripped- I am looking to acquire a new pair of laces- they seem to have an elastic interior and cotton exterior so are quite specific to these shoes.
Can laces be bought separately?
Thanks
Greg
Hello
Please can you help? We’re running events in September exploring effective Unconscious Bias training to address the gender pay gap and we’d like to invite your HR and L&D professionals to attend.
Who would be the most appropriate person in your organisation to send our invitation to?
If you are unable to provide their contact details directly to us, please can you forward this message to them including my contact details. Should they wish to book onto this event or find out more information, they can contact myself directly or through our website.
Many thanks for your help.
Peter
Hi there!
I’m a really happy user of a Micoach Smart Run Watch, until yesterday. I had an injury since June of 2017, and finally got back to training yesterday (running). Unfortunately i could not synchronize my watch for several intents, so i gave up and went on google searching. Then i was really surprised on a Runtastic FAQ, when i figured out that my lovely and expensive watch is no longer supported, and can only be used as a stand alone watch, without updating GPS data, trainings, etc.
How in this earth a Super Brand like Adidas can permit such this disrespect and dishonor first to his own products, and then to his costumers??? I’m really sad, disappointed, and expect to hear something from you asap.
Best regards, Hugo Peixoto.
