The wipes this time are of substandard quality. Earlier I had never had any complaints about your product.
I have been scotch brite kitchen products always but this is the first time I am not happy with the wipes in three days they are breaking.
On last Saturday I took my two cars to the new 3M Car Care shop that has been opened in Yelahanka for fixing some car films. They did a very shabby job on one car and for the other due my personal intervention it became manageable. I want to submit a written complaint about this so that future customers do not suffer in similar way.
We tried to buy ‘4510 coverall’ material from 3M contact of Chennai, for which we have been guided to their distributor in Housur (JSV Enterprises).
After making the advance payment, when requested to choose the fastest mode of transportation, we have been asked to choose the transporter. Unfortunately we are not aware of the routes, we still insisted JSV Enterprises to choose the best transporter. For which they argued and threaten us that they will not execute the order and cancel this order. This kind of dictating approach to customers is totally not acceptable and I hope 3M focuses on customer delight rather then frustrating approach.
I hope 3M takes corrective measures to avoid such occurrences in future correspondences.
