Dear Sirs,
I have flown to the Far East before but I recently had the opportunity to fly there on Korea Airline. In short I must say that overall the level of service I received was superb on my flights out from Atlanta to Indonesia and back. However, I must give special recognition to your Miss Seok Hyzrin, shown I met during my June 23 flight from Jakarta to Incheon. Not only was she able to locate my dropped passport but she also was able to address a major technical problem I had encountered.
Therefore, I wish to thank her again her help and to let you know that you have a great flight staff and an exceptional person in Miss Hyzrin.
In addition, going forward, I will always choose Korea Air for my flight needs to the Far East.
Respectfully yours,
Frederick Applewhite

I took a flight from Vienna to Auckland on Dec. 1, 2011 and back on Dec. 9, 2011 by Korean Air, BOOKING REF 3D35R, TICKET:KE/ETKT 180 2960760380-81, RESERVATION NUMBER(S) KE/DLNA56.
I need the boarding passes for above mentioned flights but I do not keep them for uch a long time.
Is that possible to reissue my bording cards again and send them by e-mail or just to send a cinfirmation e-mail that I really took the respective flights?
Thank you

Hi, I found a flight on route WRO-AKL via FRA and ICN that I am interested in booking. The outbound flight is operated by Lufthansa and KAL and the return flight by KAL and LOT. I’ve been informed by travel agent that KAL does not allow the connecting flights being operated by Lufthansa and that leaves me with the only option to choose the much earlier flight operated by LOT. It is inconvenience for me because of the extra 10hrs layover in FRA. Could you please advise me on the subject? Thank you
