I just would like to add to my comment I left today: the first time I was served by that store associate could be either earlier, around winter holidays, February, or March. Since I was a frequent visitor, I can not tell, now, what month, exactly, that was, but, that record of my tranzaction and its data, including the # of the same store associate could be found in store computer files. Also, I’d like to say some words in defence of all customers-immigrants: it is not a big dignity for someone to speak his/her primal language doing that without an accent since this ability was trained since that individual’s birth. In case, if we have learn the new language from 0 point to the extend of fluent speech, especially, if we started our learning, already, in adulthood, living in non-English speaking country, having our families&children, that can be considered as substantial personal achievement. It is said: when a person has learned 2nd langiage, he/she has gotten born to Earth 2nd time. With the 3rd language, the 3rd birth is given,.. Everyone who can speak 2nd language, even, with heavy accent, has to be proud of himself. I do not have a strong accent, but, in case, if I did, I beieve, this is the job of store associate to recognize what’s been said by a customer without making offensive comments to him and serve him with equal respect, no matter what the place of his/her origin was, and how strong his accent might be. The customer is supposed to leave the store happy if he is being wished to be kept coming to the store. The entire company’s profit depends on it. This is, I believe, the main part of store associate’s job she is getting her
wages for. The rest of checing-out process is not difficult, and anyone these days can self-checkout without associate’help. The coupons&deals are great but may work only in case if the customer is content not only financially but, also, emotionally. If he/she spends good amount shopping and as a feedback gets hurt and emotionally destructed for weeks after, this is neither good for that customer nor for the store. It is just unacceptable.

Only June 9th, 2017; I ordered a party dress through JC Penny online. I signed up for text updates, provided my email, and also downloaded the app for communication and interest in future purchasing. The order stated that the dress would arrive between June 15th and 19th. Everyday I would check my email and look for updates and never received any updates. I could also never find a tracking number. All I was told was that the order definetly shipped. I had reached out to the customer service line on three different occasions, only to wait on hold at least fifteen minutes each time and the become disconnected. Today (June 20th) I called customer service, yet once again, because the dress was to arrive at the latest the 19th and is now a day late. I waited longer than fifteen minutes to finally speak with someone because I really need this item. The customer service representative had poor knowledge about how to handle the issue and all she could say was that there is not a tracking number. She looked into the issue and after another ten minutes on the phone tells me that the dress was not available in the size that I ordered, the order never shipped, and that a refund has been pending to my card. The problem is that this dress was supposed to be the dress I wear to my wedding reception. I am getting married on June 25th. The first individual I spoke with then transferred me to another individual because she basically had no idea how to handle the situation other than to say “sorry about this maam”. The second person told me the size that I ordered was available but now is not available and she does not know where the package is and has no way of finding out but there is a “refund processing since the 12th that I should have”. I also asked why I NEVER received ANY notification regarding anything about this order and whatever did happen. If I sign up for emails and text updates, why was I never aware there was any issue.  After waiting a long period of time to speak with someone and then speaking with two customer service representatives who told me two completely different stories, I still have no answers, no dress, and no refund. So now here I am days before my wedding running around store to store looking for a dress to wear. The customer service hotline is not convenient and the workers and not helpful or knowledgeable. This is the worst experience I have had with online shopping. In this day and age everything can be tracked timely and accordingly. I really should not have to stay on top of a company to make sure that I receive items that I pay for. This situation needs to be known for future improvement within the company. Thank you.
I am very disappointed with JCP costumers service… I had to call you five times… I wrote uncountable numbers of emails to you… and still no one can answer where my order is?
I am writing to you since 2nd of March… I was calling 5 times, I made two orders, one finally came, but where another is?
I made this order for my vacation… I will have to go without swim suit.. thanks to JCP terrible service… my mood is awful, thanks for destroyed vacation.
I made my order on 24th of February first time we have to cancel it because of my visa… I can’t insert my good visa number in the website. Then my order was canceled by you without any explanations…

then the week writing emails and calling to credit card service, because they can’t separate shipping address from billing address and need some kind of my bank letters with address confirmation…
then waiting for the shipping because some items became back ordered and they have to find them in different shops…
and finally after delaying for a moth I will receive a part of my order today.
So can you tell me, why items after ordering aren’t put in shopping cart and after paying aren’t sent to customer immediately like in all normal shops? why I had to wait a week to pay than a week while you will find items in different shops… some of them became back ordered!
The order 2012-0725-8009-5645 is missing, why? who is responsible for that? mistake again?
