Stay well away from Hoover products! I have a dryer and a washing machine! Both have issues, 3 years old and had terrible customer service, I even had 10 year guarantee parts on the washing machine but was told I had to pay for it ! At ยฃ145 I said I couldnโt afford that I go to a food bank! He said โit wasnโt his problem, he just quotes the pricesโ. He was so rude and unprofessional.
My hoover fridge freezer has stopped working after only 3 years. I contacted the hoover candy domestic repair team and paid ยฃ145 to have it fixed. 2 months later and it still has not been repaired. I am appalled by the time it is taking to resolve the issue as having a young family without a fridge freezer has been incredibly stressful. I have contacted the customer services team several times with no resolution in sight.
Hoover was once a well respected Brand. It is now had to sell its quality to quantity. Terrible finish on the products, terrible customer service handled by 3rd party . This is how once good companies slide down the scale.
Bought a candy washing machine 16 months ago, now the carbon brushes need replacing and just been informed that i cannot buy brushes for my model number but have to buy a new complete motor at a cost of ยฃ169 this is absolutely disgusting that you don’t have parts for this item. If there is no possible remedy that is available, then i will have to scrap the aforementioned item. If this is the case then rest assured i will never buy from candy/ hoover washer again, for your information the model number is Candy CS014103TWCBE-80
Disgusting customer service.. Can’t get through on phone at all.. Had tumble dryer 3 days and is knocking on each revolution… I’m sure if i wanted to purchase something I’d get through straight away
I Bought a DXC9TCER condenser tumble dryer. The start/pause button bleeped when pressed but only came on now and again. I thought this was faulty and was going to send it back. I spent hours on the internet reading reviews and a lot of people had this same problem. One lady said an engineer came out and it worked for him and that her thumb was not big enough ?? I pressed the start button with the flat of my thumb instead of tip of finger and it works every time. Think this should be written in the manual.
I am trying to report my faulty washing machine for a several months but I have been ignored. I have filled the contact form to make a complain but not sure if they will even reply to that.
I purchased a hoover washing machine 4 months ago an d had nothing but problems with it .I reported the problem to hoover and they sent an engineer out he put a tester on the machine and said that every thing was working o.k
I AM STILL HAVING PROBLEMS with it and although it is under guarantee hover has sent me a gill for ยฃ64.50 because he could not find a fault ,tried to contact hoover but was kept waiting for ages unanswered very poor after sales service and will never deal with hoover again

I purchased a Hoover cordless vacuum cleaner , it will not hold its charge, I called Hoover several times before I got through,very frustrating waiting on the end of a phone line. So Hoover sent me a replacement battery which has not solved the proble. I would like a full refund for my vacuum which cost me ยฃ150 from Muriel Kent .

I sent an email to you 5 days ago but I have received no response? I had a tumble dryer that caught fire and you replaced this with a DYNAMIC NEXT sensor condenser 9 kg and now I have a problem with this! The E15 light constantly flashes and the machine is not working; I have a disabled son with cerebral palsy and as such we have to wash/dry a lot of clothing. Can you arrange for someone to attend to this please – I am not happy as prior to the other dryer catching fire and potentially burning my house down with my family in it the dryer did actually function very well – I do not however, expect to then have to pay for the breakdown of the replacement!

I have contacted Hoover twice now about my vacuum cleaner. I have not had a reply. I have always had hoover vacuum cleaners,since 1970, but I am not at all happy with the last one.
How are you supposed to get a product fixed or even ask for advice when you cant get through on the phone, I spent 15 minutes this morning running up my phone bill and got no where, but BT will still want paying!
I bought a washing machine from hoover a few weeks ago. It won’t stop spinning and is causing a lot of problems. When I try to phone I’m on hold for at least 20minutes and have still not managed to speak to anyone. Such awful customer service!!! I will never be buying frim hoover again…seems lots of people feel the same way judging by the lengthy hold time on the customer helpline!
I contacted hoover candy after sales service today as our hoover bin collection clip had broken. I was told it would cost me (at a reduced rate) around ยฃ22 for a replacement bin to be sent to me. Apparently no service person would come and check it and i was told only the motor was covered under guarantee. I asked for the complaints contact details and was told there wasn’t any as based in Italy. The manager was apparently called Caroline and person I spoke to called David. Obviously I am not happy with the after care at all and will not buy or recommend a hoover candy product again.
