I gave my new cbz xtream bike in which i met with a small accident for service at vishnu motor plaza,sub service station, porur, Chennai.14 days back . I inquired about the service they are still saying the spares have not yet come and they are also saying it may take more than 2 months because its year end..
am really fed up.. see usually people use to say no spares for the old models.. but here they are saying no for the latest model.. please solve my issues.. because i left my bike for service am facing lot of inconveniences on traveling.
I’m not satisfied with the Hero Sevice Centre, Apex Automobile Pvt Ltd, Patparganj Industrial Area, New Delhi 110092. They ignore the service order and customer complaint. I visited the Apex Service Centre on March 25, 2012, and requested them to check non-responding fuel meter. They only replaced the fuel meter, but the problem persists. My invoice no. is 21755-02-RINV-0312-8102. Please ask the Apex service centre to return the money and ask them to pay attention to the customer’s complaint . Regards.

Before the first servicing, my bike used to give 60kmpl.
After first servicing (Shiri Automobiles, Hyderabad) it gave 45kmpl. When I approached the servicing center people they told me upto 3rd service, it will be like this. The new problem introduced after 1st serving is that there is some sound coming when i constantly drive 50kmph. Again i gave my bike for second servicing and this time i got too shocked after seeing the mileage of my bike. It was giving just 35kmph. There were also some weird noises. Not a really good experience.

I have purchased the above mentioned vehicle from your showroom on 15-04-2010 from Nagpur. The vehicle has run approx 2000km and as per servicing requirement, I have been doing the servicing regularly as per the recommended service norms. However the bike has started giving starting problem. i went to the showroom they told it will be fine. they changed the rockers kem shaft under warranty but the problem has not been sorted out. they took the whole year 2010, but the problem remains there only. after sometime they told me that the problem is there in the tank. i changed the last year but the problem is still there. and i must tell you my bike is there in the showroom for almost seven months but still i am facing the same problem . Last year they told me that the problem is there in the magnet coil, but still that coil is unavailable now.
I am from Porbandar, Gujarat. I bought a CBZ Extreme on Jan 14, 2012. A problem has emerged even before my first servie. There is so much sound from the engine. Even the oil leaks. The seriving has not helped. Does not seem like value for money.

I have booked for hunk on 28th Dec 2012. I was told it will take more than one month to get the vehicle,. I have paid 20,000 advance. I got a call from the seller on Jan end, and they are asked the rest of the amount, but they did not tell about the delivery. Next week I went there, I thought vehicle is ready to deliver and I just need to pay and get it. But when I went there they told me they sold it to someone else. I was asked to wait 10 more days, and told me to pay the amount that time. I had 20 000 by cash and rest of the amount by credit card. Then they said, their card swiping machine is under repair cant accept card. I wena again next week (feb 21) and payed 76,100. But still I did not get vehicle. They wont attend the pone calls, when I visit their shop is closed. Later I called customer care, they told that normally for hunk in chennai, it can be delivered with in two three days, but I am still waiting for that from december 28th onwards. I want a very urgent solution for this. I will buy it from any other dealer. Please update as soon as possible.

I purchased New Hero Honda HUNK 04th MAY 2011 in Ashok Auto Agencies at salem.(TN). I am facing three types of problem in my vehicle.
i) Oil leak in gear shifting area.
ii) Front wheel air leak problem.
iii) Many screws are rust-forming.
I WANT IMMEDIATE SOLUTION FOR THE ABOVE PROBLEMS AND GIVE THE PERMENENT ALSO.
I paid 76100 for a hunk bike in Sri Srinivasa Automobiles Chennai. They told vehicle will be delivered on 29th Feb (yesterday). But last two days, they are not attending the phone calls. Why this has happened?
I have purchased one Hero Honda Glamour PGM FI on 24.11.2011. The vehicle has clocked 3112 km. The vehicle was serviced by Hero authorised service at Trivandrum. The service people and service are good. Now I am facing one problem in the vehicle..frequently there is a โtik tik tikโ noise from engine while idle speed of engine and it is irritating. Valve clearance adjusted on 2550 km for the above mentioned complaint. But the complaint is existing. I need a permanent solution for the complaint.

They told us that were will receive the bike within 1 month. We have visited your showroom 20 times.
There is no proper reply from your sales department. They have also taken token advance from us.

We have purchased Hero Honda Hunk (Green colour) on OCT’11 from T.K.T motors, TIRUPUR. I have not left my vehicle for 4th service itself and the engine has a very bad crank soft sound and the engine smoothness is totally gone compared to other hunks which were delivered at the time i had purchased it.
From 3rd service at 4000 KMS(15/02/2012) on i have raised this issue with T.K.T motors but they are giving poor response.

I got a Hero bike(passion pro) recently. During my first service, I had mentioned the problem of oil leak. After servicing, the oil leak has only increased. It has not been resolved. I have been running around different service centers. Very poor service.
I Have booked CBZ EXTREME MMC DSS BLX (Booking No:- E29133) on 15/02/2012 (Receipt No: 59563) on Diya motors, Kollam, Kerala and it was delivered on 24th Friday on 11.30 am. After the first ride of 30 kms while running, vehicle stopped suddenly in the middle of the way at 2.30 PM. I called your customer care number (0474-2733882/884/885) and they asked me to visit the place immediately, but the mechanic came only after 5 p.m.(Till that time I kept waiting on the road for him). He thoroughly checked the vehicle but still the bike did not start. Then I contacted the supervisor who advised me to take the vehicle on a pick up van to the showroom. I reached the showroom ‘Diya’ at 6 PM. and the mechanics struggled from 6.00 PM to 8.30 PM but could not fix the vehicle.
First, the mechanic informed me that there is problem with the valve, later they told me that there were issues with the battery and then the piston. To my shock, they removed each and every part. Finally I got fed up and lost my patience and returned the bike to the showroom. You must understand one thing itโs a new bike and it was my first ride just around 25-30 KMโs only. I spent Rs 73150/- not suffer like this. I lost a day because of it and was not able to do my work. I am a managing director for a private limited company and I need to visit my clients and sites on daily basis at various locations round the clock. I cannot afford to suffer like this again. My work also suffers and I lost business. Will your company compensate for the loss of my business? I request you to change this bike and provide me a new one or give me an alternate solution before the situation gets worse.

I had purchased one super splendor from ypur Local dealer ‘Union Bike’ at sakchi,jamshedpur on 30/05/2011.
Immediately after the delivery I noticed the front wheel bubbling and the heat generated in the silencer as well as the engine was abnormally high.I brought this to the notice of the service centre repeatedly and finally the front tyre was changed after 3 months and charging Rs 200/- for that but thankfully the bubbling stopped therafter.They assured me to set right the problem of heating up of engine & silencer in next service.
I have already got four services done.Since then and on each occasion they failed to set right the problem despite my regular follow-up. They usually kept saying that they would send for an engineer to take care of the problem but the so called engineer never turned-up..
is it possible to fix kick start to new self start cbz xtreme ? and if yes what is the price and time period required for this?

I have bought the Glamour bike 5 months back. It has problem with the battery. Hero motocorp service center guys were asking money to replace the battery. Do batteries have warranty? They are saying that the battery is damazed.
I purchased CD Deluxe from your Ajmer dealer Agarwal Motor Co. on 16July 2011 and after six days of second said free service the motorcycle refused to start and since there was no mechanic nearby I had to push it for 1 km road side mechanic attended and cleaned the spark plug on21 Dec. and after third the service station shook the confidence when i approached with the complaint of battered sound by simply saying that only 2 nuts of silencer are missing .
It is evident that there is no use of periodical servicing by authorised service stations because their service did not work upto a week Dealer code is 10247 second service coupon no JC926676 km of run 2673 and third service km. 3540 and the coupon valid upto 5000kms.
