The days of misfortune started when I trusted on the name and product quality of company and opted for Speldor Pro, a Defective Product delivered to me.
I purchased the defective product on 18 Oct 2010 from your authorized dealer SARSAWATI Motors, Rajapur, Allahabad-211001.

The engine of said product is having manufacturing defect and since first week of purchase I am facing severe problems.

I have done blunder by ignoring advice of some of my friends and opted for Hero MotoCorp Ltd leaving other popular options such as Bajaj, TVS, Honda.
I have paid nearly INR 40, 000/- for my convenience and ease but it seems to me that I have paid for further pain and struggle.
By looking my hardships my students and fellow staff are scared and will be discouraged in choosing products of Hero MotoCorp Ltd.
I will be very grateful if you can arrange replacement of defective product: Manufacturing defect (Speldor Pro vehicle) with new one.

Sub: Complaint about the service.
I would like to inform you that i am not Satisfied with your authorised service centre @ Nasik Road Kamal Auto The Service Centre staff is arrogent and not proper Skilled because even after servicing my bike for four times it is not giving proper average. Manager also not present @ duty point. Service engineer has not checked the job card.
l have bought passion pro on 25 .5.2011 . there is starter problm from few days currently it is not working.. i have shown bike three times to showroom…they have not been able to solve my problem.
I have problem with my self start. I gave the vehichle for service at Hyderabad. The parts which are under warranty are not being replaced by service center. Some action needs to be taken.

I gave my hero honda cd 100 for servicing at visakapatnam. To my surprise they billed for all the parts which i changed 2 days back at a private mechanic. They charged for plug, chain pocets, brake shoes bring the bill to close to 2,100 Rs. This sort of service is not good. They dint ask me at all what needs to be changed.
This is to inform you that I have had services issues with my Motorcycle purchased from AUTOLINK – Sai Baba Nagar, Borivali and also serviced by them.
From the day 1 of servicing, I and lot of other Hero Owners have had problems. Forget about a decent servicing, from the list of 25 odd jobs listed, only 1 they used to do – that is washing – even which was sub standard. And we accepted that …. b’cos it seems it is the norm with HERO. But I insisted all the time that they RE-WASH the vehicle at least, so we have some satisfaction of wasting ONE full day on Bike Servicing.
Anyway the current problem is they have placed an Order for Fuel Pump against my Bike for about a Month ago and the part has not arrived. Your Parts Divisions doesn’t seem to work.
On handing over the Bike for Servicing on 27 July 2011, (Job No. 2766) I had mentioned that Bike was stopping frequently without any reason. After dragging the Bike for 500 – 600 and some shaking it will start and again die down after 15 mins. And this was happening in the peak of rainy season. Plus the Fuel Guage was faulty. 2 – 3 times in this period I had to drag the Vehicle in heavy rain in Darkness – (Evening time) for more than 1 – 1.5 KM as the Vehicle fuel gauge was showing TWO BARS, but there was no Fuel in the Tank.
The service Supervisor said that they have rectified the Problems, and the Bike is good to ride. But the reality was different. It still had both the aforementioned problems – But I did not bring the Bike for checking because I had more Faith in the service Engineers / Supervisors ( Which I realised – was GROSSLY WRONG) than myself. I used to think that maybe because of Rainy Season the my Grip on Clutch / Accelerator was slipping hence the Vehicle was stopping. Plus I did not really test the Fuel Gauge as I Always Filled the tank before or just as the THIRD BAR of Fuel Gauge was touched. This I tested later to found that nothing had been done.
I brought the Vehicle to the Service station and informed them about the problems (3 SEPT 2011). Supervisor Raju took the responsibility of doing the needful. They said it will take two days to check and set it right. So I wasted two days on their assurance. After two days I get an Invoice No . 7911 – Stating that PetrolTank has been cleaned and Spark Plug Changed, as I also had problem with KicK Start on Cold Starting.
Took the bike again for Servicing (14 OCT 2011) – Repeated the problems – Same cycle – Was reported that problem was resolved. But this time I insisted that I want to check what you have done. After wasting around an hour, they got hold of can to empty the Petrol tank. The Petrol Tank was empty but the Fuel Gauge was still showing TWO BARS. This activity which could have been done easily in 5 mins THREE MONTHS back, and I would have been saved the trouble for dragging my Vehicle for Miles in heavy Rains.
Then they said that Fuel Pump would be ordered too. But the Fuel Gauge is still to be ordered as per my understanding. Autolinks BRILLIANT Engineers/ Supervisor insist that FUEL PUMP would ALSO take care of Fuel Gauge problems. – “HOPEFULLY”
Sir, I purchase one hero honda splendorr from sahib motars G.T. Road Panipat. They have charged extra 1500/- for tubeless tyre and even did not give me a receipt…

i have purchased a hero glamour bike from OM traders, Bihar. After six months now I have noticed a battery problem.
I had purchased new “hero hondasplinder pro” from Adityauto agencies(A.V.MOTORS) nagpuron date 6/10/11.
After driving my new vehicle for two or three days i noticed oil leakage at the engine gasket.. Also clutch adjustement bolt is loose and head light is not able to focus the upper pattern.
I purchased the bike CBZ EXTREME ON 25/07/11.AT H.M.MOTORS, CHENNAI. I am not happy with the service am getting. While riding bike gear is not working properly (2nd Gear to 5th gear) and back suspension also is not properly working. I am riding the bike at 80km hence iam suffering from back pain..

I am the owner of an HeroHonda CBZ extreme bought from ACE Motors, Calicut, Kerala. The reason iam mailing this letter is because of your Dealer and Authorised service centre’s customer service support of bike. Even after servicing I found several complaints. Nothing was really fixed. This is not the right way to do business. We spend so much money for poor customer service?
Hi I have purchased a new bike Splendor Pro in May 2011. There were some problem in the Fuel Meter, hence I approached your Aman service centre, Vivek Vihar, New Delhi. They are denying to change the same. I am not satisfied with the service at all.

Im using hero Honda bike since last 10 years but I really regret to inform you that after I bought a glamour bike from laxmi auto Agra on 21 July 2011 I started seeing a defect on my bike petrol tank. Petrol tank punching is not good and surface is very bad. I did complaint to Venus auto Firozabad and your engineer visited here and said the problem is not big. Just wanted to inform on this problem, so such manfucaturing defects dont happen in future.

During my 3rd free service (Before 2 months) they have lost my service book & after several inquiry they have told me to pay Rs. 100/- for duplicate service book. I agreed with them, but then after many personal inquiry there is no proper reply received form the dealer. They told me that we will not give you a guarantee for receiving of duplicate service book.
Sir, please guide me what I have to do ? as my free service will be gone as time is passing.

I am unsatisfied Hero customer. Last February I purchased a bike and notice some scratches and even noticed that the authenticity stickers were missing. I contacted Cochin and Bangalore office. No response at all!!
