China Eastern Airlines was founded in the year 1988. The airline is China’s second largest and one of the world’s biggest. My husband was denied boarding from Kunming to Kolkata , as stated by china airlines that his pnr no is not confirmed.And airlines have cancelled his return ticket also for no show.
However he did board the same flight , after buying a new ticket.So it is not no show at all.
Also we have the pnr no.
But china Eastern support is not at all listening anything !?
Dear China Eastern,
I am a regular flyer with you and I have always used your flights to fly to Sydney and back to Delhi and I have always loved the hospitality.
Unfortunately I m not happy with your services this time,mentioning all of them like:
1. I have landed in Delhi this morning from Sydney-Shanghai-Delhi in MU562& MU563 and both my baggages have not arrived at the airport. Though the airport authorities have claimed I will get it in another 2days but this is so unfortunate that there was nobody on the airport to provide information regarding the same.
2. My flight from Sydney to Shanghai was 35 minutes late and I informed the cabin crew that I have a connecting flight to Delhi,despite of that there was no assistance or help at the airport was provided and I was nearly about to miss my connecting flight to Delhi. There was nobody from China eastern to help us.
3. During my second flight MU563 while the food was served,I was asleep,it was never again the aircraft crew came to ask if I needed something or even my food was never served to me.
4. Lastly and the most important, I was allowed to carry 2 baggages of 23kgs each,one of bag was 2kgs up and I was immediately asked to pay AU213, I was travelling alone and had not as much cash me, and an Indian card,despite of my several requests nobody heard and I had to pay on the spot.
What about the inconvenience that is caused to us now of not getting the baggage on time. Is this not The AIRLINES MISTAKE?
I need a valid response to all this else I am going to take a strict action against you.

I need to find out about hotel vouchers for long layovers. I would like to fly on CE and don’t mind if there’s a long layover if a hotel room is included. How can I find out about this? My plan is to fly through Shanghai (17h layover) to SFO and return.
