A brief note of my woes and horrid experience with your BEAT SERVICE STATION and the treatment meted out to me by your staff (Mr Yogesh)
On 19.12.2014, I gave my car to the Service station at Jaipur which is situated at VISHWAKARMA INDUSTRIAL AREA as the same met with accident on Delhi Jaipur Highway and the driver side gate needs replacement. My Fiancรฉe (Mr Vijay Kumar) who stays in Jaipur delivered Car to the service station and met Yogesh on 19.12.2014 (Friday) and Saturday he called himย as the surveyor from the insurance company was scheduled to come. After submitting forms given by them on the same day (i.e. 20.12.2014), Mr Yogesh assured us to deliver our car before X Mas (On 24.12.2014 by evening) as we both (Me and my Fiancรฉe ) told him that we need to go to Delhi to visit my family on Wednesday night i.e. 24.12.2014 for our wedding shopping and for X Mas. On 22.12.2014, I called him around 12.00 Noon and he told that approval has come and he has started work on it and will deliver the same on 24.12.2014 evening.
When today (on 24.12.2014) I have called him at 10.30 AM, he said that I cannot deliver your car by 24.12.2014 as the work has not started on it yet and will deliver it by 25.12.2014 evening. I narrated him my story that my wedding is there and I need to visit my family for wedding shopping so try to deliver it my X Mas morning atleast and told him about his commitment to deliver the same byย 24.12.2014 evening.
The callous and indifferent attitude of Mr Yogesh further gave me a rude shock when he told that he will not be able to deliver the same even on 25.12.2014 and will try for 26.12.2014 evening.
I was very upset when I was informed this by Mr yogesh. He further stated that approval needs to come again and then only he will start work on it. I asked politely please give me the number from where the approval would come. He all of a sudden started saying that donโt call me again otherwise I will not give the same to you even in this month. Let me work and he disconnected my call. I called him again to say that you can not be rude to a customer to which he again shouted andย used harsh words with me (as if he wants to abuse further and has not reached his limits). He kept on shouting and finally he disconnected my call afterwards. I have never seen a guy like this ( almost a goon) and this has been a rude shock to me to expect this kind of conversation from Chevrolet People.
If in this way Chevrolet service centre people will behave nothing much will happen in the short term but this will lead to severe consequences in long term. I am terribly disappointed and I am made to think that WHY HAVE I PURCHASED CHEVROLET BEAT AND WHY I CHOSE THIS SERVICE STATION. HOW WILL A CUSTOMER HAVE THE CONFIDENCE IF YOUR PEOPLE WILL REVERT/RESPOND IN THIS MANNER.
I am very disappointed with this conversation and with the fact that he will not deliver my car today. He has not only spoiled the plan which we have made but the way he has spoken on telephone has given me a very bad image of people working at CHEVROLET.
This is to inform you that we (HANEEFA M.K.) BOOKED (12 February 2013) a Chevrolet SAIL with a promise to deliver the car with in 2 days with our color choice, but they delivered the car only on 2 March 2013, other than the chosen color. The Perintalmanna showroom, Malappuram District has their own reason to justify this delay and color change.
The delivery of car was on evening 2nd March 2013 and our drive was only few kilometers, then we feel noise from the engine. I went the show room to register my complaint and to hand over my car to them, but they are not ready to accept it raising certain escaping reasons to avoid me. I asked them for the telephone number of your General Manager to register my complaint, but they keeping silent.
Please give me the details of your GM so as to speak to him about this incident. If you are not ready to furnish the details, then I will go to the legal authority to lodge my complaint.
Sir, I have purchased Chevrolet cruze in Jan 2011. Since I purchased it was giving problems with alignment. The front wheels has been depreciated from inside. Several times I went to nearby service centre and they changed tyres. But after driving only 500kms it’s again gone back to same condition. The service persons are not co-operating. The company is not compensating either.
I bought chevrolet beat on feb 2010 from Indore. Now i shifted to Dehradun. I had done many complaints about my car not giving more than 8-10 average. I was told that the on road average was 18 at the time i bought the car. Made several complaints, my frustration remains same.

This is to bring to your kind notice that on the 11th July , i along with 3 members of my family were traveling to a small hill resort for dinner on our CHEVORLET CAPTIVA .
Suddenly on a slight elevation some smell started to come in the cockpit , smoke could be seen coming form under the bonnet , some passing by taxi operator stopped our vehicle and told us about the same .
I called up the agency and reported the issue , they said that the vehicle if in running condition will have to be brought to the agency .
Some how slowly i brought the vehicle back to the PADAM MOTORS , your authorized sales and service agency in Chandigarh .
They have reported me that the CLUTCH PLATE and PRESSURE PLATE has been damaged and would have to be changed ??? Also that these parts are not under warranty ??? I am shocked at the quality of the vehicle , it has clocked only 12,000 Km ….
We are a family of doctors , and very well know how to take care of our cars .
I currently own a BMW , Volkswagen POLO , FORD Figo . All of them have clocked many a mile and are still in top form .
The agency people are saying that the clutch plates , brake pads go depend upon the driving of the owner , i request you to check rest of the vehicle , it is absolutely first class condition , if the driving is at fault it should effect everything .
I was very apprehensive in the first place buying a CHEVY , but i was happy with the initial performance of the vehicle and also referred it to many friends and colleagues. But my faith has been shattered.
I also own a Cruze and my car’s clutch plate and pressure plate has broken twice now. I also own a Toyota Innova, Zen, I20,, Skoda Laura, BMW, Tavera, Accord, n Santro but none of my car has ever got its clutch plate or pressure plate replaced before 80000kms at-least.
I really don’t know what kind of spares n cars Chevrolet is selling in India.
They appear very cunning. They are waiting for the warranty to get over, so they can start robbing us. Same kind of thing is happening with me in Orissa.
I have for the last three times serviced my vehicle (white cruze MH-15 CR 1800) stating the same problems and the company seems to unable to make sense of the issues the car has got.The first billed amount was of Rs10000 and even after that they have not solved the issues that the vehicle has got. The 3rd time the problem of the car had been escalated to a senior and was assures of being satisfied which again for against there words. I have been trying to call them and there is no interest taken on the part of your company. It looks like the company is only interested in making sales and not solving the issues of customers troubled by your bad garage and unsporting staff which works to its own leisure without caring even a bit about the customer. No proper personnel is taking the responsibility to make amends on the problem. the staff is negligent and uncooperative. all that the company is doing is giving false promises, also going in to place a FIR complaint against the company this week since they do not seemed bother to help out.
I hope to see positive response for you and please do the needful asap.

I have purchased a Chevorlet Spark Car LS model during the month of September 2012. I am a central govt employee and it is told that there is discount of Rs.3000/- for central Govt employees given by the Chevrlot Car Company. What is the procedure to get it? Is there any application for it. An immediatel reply is requested please.
I purchased Spark LS from M/s Jayraj karz on 16-8-2010 and the Reg. no. TN45 AX 7427.
I wish to state that the 3rd free service which was due on feb. 2012 was not intimated. Any how when i contacted M/s Jairaj kars, Trichirapalli reg. the sending of the vehicle for free service i was informed that the water pump and other accessories were not functioning well and hence they said they will inform when it is rectified. After waiting for 15-20 days when i contacted again they said due to power shedding they are not able to take up the service.
In this context when i again contacted on 4-6-12 i was informed to take up the 3rd service. Accordingly a driver from jayraz karz, trichirapalli came and took the vehicle for service.
The next day ie. on 5-6-12 when again i contacted to know the time of delivery of the serviced vehicle i was rudely answered that the free service coupon has lapsed and i have to pay for the service. For which i asked why i was not informed yesterday itself they did not give any answer at all.
In the first instant
* i was not intimated about the due date for the 3rd service
* the fault was due to jayraj karz, trichirapalli for the lapse and not due to on my behalf
* the service renderd by jayraj karz is very worst and it will definitly lead to dissatisfaction of the valued customers
* if i got to done the service by payment i would have done it by the near by private service stations
* the staff working at jayraj karz, trichirapalli (esp. at the service center) are on the whole are lazy, laggard, irresponsible and needs a drastic change, failing which the image of GM will get tarnished.
Customer Care of GMI exists only on paper.
I have paid Rs. 3,25,970.00 for Spark PS.
Bills received from Autovikas are as follows:
1. Retail Invoice (incl. one time registration charges+MCD charges).. 288, 892/-
2. Debit Note of Logistic charges 5,761/-
3. Cover Note of Insurance 8,744/-
4. Accessories purchased (incl. Cost of LS OSVRM, rear parcel trey etc). 4572/-
I have been overcharged Rs. 18000/ by Sales Manager Auto Vikas I have been given a bill of Rs. 18000/- wherein all free accessories as advertised, have been charged.

I have purchased tavera 2012 model from kun automobiles Hyderabad 2 months back. it has done 5000km, when traveling towards chitoor vehicle engine stopped suddenly and we took the vehicle to the nearest cheverlite dealer vellore sundaram motors on 30/4/2012.
sundaram motors promised date was 5/5/2012, till that day there was no progress and service manager was least bothered to inform us the status and surprisingly they dont even pick our calls.
On 5/5/2012 i filed a complaint to the Phone: 30308080 chevrlite customer care number and complaint no is 27375 saying that sundaram motors is not responding to our calls and pls let us know the status of the vehicle.till date their is no response for the complaint filed when ever i cal up the customer care person they say we have forward the issue to higher authorities, even today the same answer was given. I dont undrestand what their duties are, is it only forwarding the issues or sorting out the issues . It is shameless to have such useless customer care department for Cheverlite.
Sudaram motor service manger finally picks up my call after calling him for 4 to 5 times and says if you want the vehicle repaired immediately you have to pay and take the vehicle otherwise it will take time and time was not promised. I was shocked by the response by the service manger being the vehicle a brand new one which is only 1 month old and it has done only 5000 km, he talking about warranty.
Finally the vehicle was delivered on 12/5/2012, till date i used a taxi for my business purpose, i need to travel 150-200 km every day, i gave the travel bills to the service manger and asked for compensation, he says we have repaired your vehicle under warranty with lots of difficulty so we cant pay the travel bill you produced. Is he paying the warranty expenses from his pocket and how can he respond that way .

its to bring to your king notice that I have taken uva chevrolet numberd UK06/5874 it had met an accident and it was given to your service Centre on 07/1172011 to Haldwani Service Centre, on 08/11/2011 there was insurance claimed for the repair and there is was committed that after 22 days I can take back my car but its not kept up and whenever I go there they say please come after 10-15 days and today its 60days not a single action has been taken for the same.
Thus, I would request to the higher authorities to do the needful, else I have to file the case against to the consumer forum.
