I purchased a BenQ W1100 DLP projector from NCIX.com on February 26, 2012. They are located at First Markham Place, Unit G1, 3215 Highway #7 East Markham, Ontario.
I had the projector shipped via Express Post to my son in Seoul Korea. The projector arrived on March 9th, my son set it up and it functioned properly for two days then froze up and would not turn on again. I have contacted Andy, the manager of BenQ Technical Support and he has not returned my call. Will somebody please call me I will not go away until this problem is resolved to my satisfaction. If need be I will escalate this to the CEO of BenQ International, Mr. Conway Lee.
