I have ordered new TV in Flipkart. TV installation was done and we saw defect on TV. While playing the TV there are black and white lines coming through. I raised the issue with the Flipkart customer care on 30th of April over the phone. As per call it should be replaced. But unfortunately nothing happened as issue was raised within 5 days of time. After so many calls I am giving up. As per return policy it should be replaced or refunded. No help whatsoever.
I purchased the TV from Flipkart on 03 March 2023, I even canceled the order within 10 min of booking the TV and i paid by credit card, but till now i have not received my refund. I called several times but they always say wait three days. After three days another three days, today it has been almost more than 50 days, but my refund has not come.

I have made replacement request but FK cancelled by saying that technician is unable to contact customer for product check. I am following with them since last 25 days. I have called customer care more than 41 times. Mailed than 6 times but no one is responding. Every time I am getting one answer – Please wait for 24 hrs to 48 hrs.
Flipkart is a seller pro company and gives no hoot about customer. Soon it will fall like snapdeal. Horrible company. NO reply from cs, cs-head, grievance.officer@flipkart.com. I was delivered a product which was bigger than the packaging. Its like sending a television in a small shoe box and Flipkart doesn’t even thinks its impossible and considers the delivery authentic. I even made video of picking from courier to unboxing.
My Order number is OD327342585413014100. I ordered a Vivo Y100 for Rs 24,999 worth of mobile but I have received a Redmi M2006C3LI mobile for Rs.7000 value mobile. Many times I called the Flipkart team but no one resolved my issue till now. Daily customer care persons are listening to my issue and every time they are telling me to wait for 24hrs/48hrs, they are forwarding the concern to the next level. Really Poor service from Flipkart. My issue pending for 10 days now.
I ordered Aristocrat Olympus of amount Rs 5849. When I received the order, I didn’t check at the time of handover as I was busy and shared otp with delivery agent. After sometime, I checked and was shocked that the product quality is very poor. It’s really shocking and disheartening that flipkart seller did this with our hard earned money. Then, I placed return request. Customer care agent said that pickup will be done in coming days but nothing happened. Then I complaint again, they initiate the request again and said to wait again, this scenario is going on from last 30 days but no resolution is provided. Ordered 3 quantity of photography clamp and only one was delivered. When i told customer care either to refund or deliver balance two quantity, they disabled my ID and got message saying courier confirmed that all has been delivered and deactivated my account for raising refund.
