The first and most effective way to escalate a complaint is direct communication. Once you are connected, explain the issue concisely and clearly. Keeping your order number handy saves a lot of time. Get on Social Media

  1. I had ordered a double pack of which was supposed to be glucosamine, chondroitin MSM supplement as per their website. I received instead 2 packs of some other supplement and none of the ingredients mentioned above are in it. I tried to complain to their grievance officer but as usual the mail bounced back. On the bottle it’s stated” consume at your own discretion” . The item is non returnable. This is the second time I’m having major issues with Flipkart. What do I do in this case.

  2. I have ordered a Nilkamal engineered wood 3 door wardrobe from Flipkart on 29 March 2022 which was expected to be delivered on 8 April 2022. The same was received on 10 April 22. The product was defective. The doors were scratched, the locks of shelves were broken. From the first view itself I found out is not a fresh product. The outside package was there but inside the pieces were kept without any packing. I purchased the product for an emergency reason. I eagerly waited for 11 days, I got a damaged product. The same day I have given return request. I came to know only after tech visits (verification) the pick up will be arranged. Each day tech visit were rescheduled without any consultation. Instead of visiting on April 8 the technician visited on 10 April 2022. On April 10th only the product was picked up. Due to this detaining from Flipkart I suffered the early pick up. You guys are not giving any value to our time and money. Please note I was in need of this product in emergency and I purchased the same from a shop in the same rate that offered by Flipkart. I have reached over 5+ customer care executive and talked with 2 escalation team members. No one gave me a proper solution. I got a common reply from all as per seller policy only replacement option is there.  The experience on purchasing the product was bitter and disappointing. Called the customer service executives multiple times in these 20 days but my problem is not yet resolved. Order# OD224537673434783000

  3. I had purchased Redmi note 10 pro Nebula black phone from the Flipkart portal where in seller has updated wrong specifications over the website. I had ordered 5G Phone as per seller data specifications but i had received 4G phone. I had a word with multiple customer support team but no one is helping to get my refund. I had a word with customer support executive called Gagan from customer support team he said he will transfer my call to next level but he disconnected the call which is totally unprofessional. I had placed request for call back but no one called me and issue got resolved from their end without the resolution.

  4. My order ID on flipkart Order ID – OD224341246223244000, I ordered groceries in flipkart on 6th March and they provided delivery on 9th March. The delivery boy hardly told he won’t deliver items to home, you have to come delivery point and collect your items he said. I have complained on this on same day, but there is no resolution on my issue till date. Customer care members said same story, “we will take this issue to concern team”. After then they disconnect the call. Worst customer care service flipkart.

    We ordered a chimney from Flipkart. They canceled the return request twice without any reason. When asked constantly, they said technical error. And whenever we reach out, they keep asking to wait till 72 hours. The extent of fraud is such that, when we call in the number provided by them from the number from which order was made, it says the number is invalid. When we try from different number, it gets disconnected after saying that there is no active order from that number. The product is unopened and in the same condition as delivered but for no reason they are rejecting the request while they have 10 day return policy. Don’t use this platform.

Flipkart has rejected my return and replacemnt request without reaching to me and without even attempted the pick up and is fully supporting the fraud seller, so Name Christy, I have purchased winter jacket one jacket fitting wasn’t good and another was damaged and torned, it seems used product. when I raised replacement they were just sat aside and after three days in my order history they have mentioned. Replacment has cancelled, and till that time the policy for return was ended. I have raised return twice for an order they have cancelling it after 4 days, and another one replacement they have cancelled it after 5days, i.e 23rd and I have raised the replacement and return both on 18th, which was the last date of return and replacement. Without notifying me they have cancelled it all their own. And telling me policy for return is over. Fedup with this bulshit behaviour

    • It happened with me i purchased HP LAPTOP and it’s defective, and cancelled my replacement and refund, can you tell is your issue resolved. If yes then what action you took? Am fed up with Flipkart.

  7. I opened the Flipkart box and I was shocked to see the product is missing in the box and I had to see a few pieces of Soap.
    At 11 Am I called customer support and raised a request I have been following up with the customer team every day but the only answer I got was we are sorry for you that you have been in this situation and they asked me to share the following picture for investigation my case. whatever documents asked i have shared for the investigation but the only response I got was REFUND REJECTED.

    And finally, when i called the customer team they transferred the call to the manager and he requested me to wait till 24th Feb that my payment will be credited to the card I have used. To date, I have not got any mail or call confirmation from Flipkart regarding the issues am facing.

  8. Had a bad experience with Flipkart. Never returning back. Customer care is just there to listen to your complaints and not solve the issue. There’s been a mental torture for almost a month for a simple issue as return and refund. Calling up every day to hear the same story over and over again. The return product was already picked up but they were not willing to refund for the same…is it some kind of making quick money? Just for a small amount they lost their reputation.

      I see that the above ordered product was not delivered to me but it was updated as product delivered. Since yesterday i called almost 7 times to customer experience and grievance team and they directly disconnecting calls after listening to my concern and asking me to wait till 17th feb 2022 for resolution.

  10. I had made a successful online payment for a Mobile phone on 3rd January but flipkart has said that due to some server issue they have not received the money. But my bank said that it was successfully credited to Flipkart’s account. I have emailed about my problem, called the called the customer service executives multiple of times in these 20days but my problem is not yet resolved.

    Flipkart Customer service has been my most pathetic experience. The agents call you as per the call back service and either hangs up or goes silent for hours together. You can forget to get any resolution for your issues. The best thing you can think of is never order from Flipkart. My order gets replaced without my knowledge and they call it a technical glitch. Installation of their products is another big pain in the wrong place. Is anyone reading this, Can someone please help me.

  12. Same case with me, I have been talking to flipkart customer care for the last 10 days. They say they are going to take their senior on line and place me on hold, then disconnect and i never received a call back. They are right, Indian companies have very poor standards when it comes to customer service.
    The order I placed was for a Flipkart perfect home wardrobe. I received defective pieces thrice and every time i asked for a refund they never listened. Now after 3 replacements and wasting almost 10 days i dont even have clue about what flipkart is going to do.

  13. Such a disgusting customer service my return has been cancelled without discussing with me of the issue. Since morning i am calling customer care and trying to connect with TL. Advisors are disconnecting the call, this happened thrice with me and they don’t even bother to inform their supervisor to call back. One lady called me from escalation team most probably as her voice was not audible as it cracking hence, requested her to call back she didn’t. Not a single person bother to take a ownership for customers issue. Pathetic I am regretting why did I order from Flipkart washing machine is defective mixer grinder is defective .

I buy from Flipkart as this is my preferred e-commerce platform and I haven’t had any issue for years now and that’s why I was very confident and patient initially as I was under the impression that your process is so strong and robust and things will be fixed by the next 3 day time. But I was restless only after I stopped receiving any update in spite of writing to your grievance cell and talking to your customer care on almost daily basis.

  15. Day before yesterday i raised an issue regarding subjected order, where payment was deducted from my account but was showing failed. I raised an issue and customer agent confirmed that payment went successful and is approved by retailer.

    Today i requested a call back and agent told me that payment was unsuccessful and will be refunded. As of now i haven’t received the amount. Not sure which agent to believe. This is not the first time its happening and i have been facing other issues as well like i cannot connect to any pf the delivery agent and even they are not able to connect me. Been plus member and loyal customer i am really disappointed your services.

    In last 2 months my number of products were delivered delayed and even delivery failed due to these issues. Everytime you talk to customer support agent call gets disconnected in between and they never call back. Same happened just few minutes back. Its just you are loosing your loyal customer because of such inappropriate behaviour and poor customer handling.

    MY Order number is OD223255816692418000. I ordered last month Oct 31st and my expected Delivery date was Nov 12th. Today’s date is 25th Nov. Many times I called them no one resolved my issue properly. Today your customer care persons listened and they told me to be on hold i will forward your call to higher authorities. I waited almost 30 min twice. They put me  on hold for 1hr finally call disconnected.. really bad service. My order is waiting for 30 days now.
