I have sent my lenovo smartphone to lenovo official service center two times, the first one take about 2 weeks to fix my smartphone, but after a few days or 1 week it doesn’t work again and I have to bring it back to the service center. This time it took about 1 week, but again after using it for just a few days, it started to work improperly.
I have a very limited time to keep bringing my smartphone to the service center. It’s so annoying
Is it the intention of the service center to do such thing so my warranty time would be expired so I will have to pay for the service?
How many times more do I have to bring it to the service center to get my smartphone totally fixed?
Because of this problem I have lost my cellular phone no.
Is Lenovo quality really inferior??
Dear customer service,
I have a Thinkpad X60 which now tends to go into sleep mode when it is warm. It seems to be correlated with being in a state of heightened temperature, and I suspect perhaps the cooling fan is blocked or may not be functioning properly. Is this something I can have your service centre look at or just simply have them clean it up ?
thanks
Kusumo
this is caused by heating of your laptop..a usb fan should reduce the temperature..you could also clean the vents at any comp outlet…there is no need for taking it to the service centre..
