Hi
I have a query regarding an ideapad I have purchased. Your contact us section on your web page does not work and keeps hanging. Please forward my communication to the correct department so I can get this issue resolved.
Thanks
Hi. Is anyone in a position to advise a prospective customer where to obtain one of your specified products. Instead I’ve been directed to various retailers who do not have them and told to contact Lenovo direct. This I did by phone & chat only to be told to go to retailers as your representative did not know. I’ve been sent around in circles, made to jump through hoops to no avail. I only wanted to buy one of your products. Why make it impossible? Regards, Frank
Hi I purchased a brand new lenovo b5080, I decided yesterday the 14/12/2015 it is a Christmas present for my son. I opened it today to check and set it up, but the mouse pad is unresponsive it only works sometimes I have recorded it on my phone if you need proof. So I rang customers service who said they only give a refund but not for a few weeks. This is unacceptable as this us a Christmas present, and I can assure you I do not have another €390 euro to get another one. I am asking for a refund within 24 hours or I am seeking legal advice on the matter. It is simply madness to ask me to wait several weeks for a refund.
To whom it may concern
My name is Maeve Monaghan. I bought a Lenovo laptop for my son 13/11/11 for Christmas. The screen has since being damaged. Your advice would be very much appreciated if you could advise me on this matter. Are we covered under our warranty? or what would you suggest. The serial number is WB03627015. My mobile if you wish is 087 6279624. I look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely
Maeve Monaghan
