Thursday, 1 January 2018, I brought several items to your 63 Bd. Haussmann Office to be sent to Switzerland.
Your gentleman agent (prenom/name I didn’t ask) packed everything in a box and helped me to understand the documents that needed to accompany the package. Thank him for his good service. At times it was necessary for me to speak in english, and he explained how to complete the custom form and other matters about the contents of the package, and which option to send it.
My visit to your Paris office was pleasant and friendly by the 3 personnel present. I left feeling very happy.
