Flying on Southwest and wanted something to eat. The customer service at Jersey Mikes was terrible, I ordered two sandwiches and they only made one. After waiting for have the second sandwich made they didn’t allow me to have anything put on and it and when I asked to have things put on it, the lady sighed and still didn’t add anything. Unfortunately I had already paid. Make sure you eat before going to the airport!
Just came in from Frankfort Germany on a Lufthansa flight and had to go thru customs. It was the worst experience ever approaching total chaos. No coordination between Citizens and non citizens as evident by converging lines of meaningless direction. I fully understand the need for security enhancements but this was ridiculous mashing of all people coming from the planes and didn’t enhance security in any way shape or form. Get your act together TSA or you simply prove we as americans are wasting tax dollars on an agency that doesn’t help the safety of the country or travelers.
we were there in may 2011 on delta airlines and was wondering if someone found a set of keys that have a small set of hand cuffs on them if someone found them please mail them to me thank you jerry letcher
