Founded in the year 1992, Ukraine International Airlines (UIA) is the national airline of Ukraine and operates from its main hub at Kiev Boryspil International Airport. Connecting to over 3,000 destinations worldwide, the airline operates close to 1,100 international and domestic flights each week. Partner airlines include Air France, airBaltic, Brussels Airlines, Iberia, Austrian Airlines, KLM and Air Moldova.

Booking a ticket can be done directly on the UIA website. Addtionally, one can also book a hotel, car or travel insurance. Payment can be made via Visa, MasterCard or other debit/credit cards. One can also visit nearest UIA office and pay for the services. Upon booking, one can login on the UIA website to manage the booking, check flight status, do web check-in, pre-order meal, request airport transfer, among others. Business class passengers enjoy separate check-in desks, extra baggage allowance, access to business lounges and fine dining. There is also Premium Economy cabin class offering extra leg space, priority check-in and free baggage allowance. As for baggage allowance, Economy Class passengers to most countries can carry upto 7kg (1 piece) cabin baggage. As for check-in baggage, passengers can carry up to 23kg (1 piece).
