Wanted to spend weekend with my wife in JW Marriot KL and booked thru your website. Was a massive disappointment was put in ritz-charlton instead. We could have booked the other hotels along the main road if we had known about the closure in the first place. It seems the hotel group had conceal this fact when the transaction was made. Such a huge let down.

I stayed at the JW Marriott in KL more than 20 times. The last time I checked in on the 27th of May and checked out on the 31st. Akkas made my experience truly remarkable. He’s very well trained on how to be customer oriented. I enjoyed my stay the most. I strongly recommend if you stay there, look for Akkas. You will have an amazing experience at the hotel that you will definitely come back again.

My Stay Nov 17-19 2017 Room 2511 Leanna Keller
I left a tee shirt at your hotel. Normally, it really wouldn’t matter but this tee shirt is very special to me. It is dark blue/grey and written on the from are the words “Naked and Afraid?, Im here to help” Then it refers to the 2017 Cupid Run that takes place on the weekend closest to Valentines day.
This run raises funds for childhood brain cancer and I was fortunate enough to be blessed to volunteer at the event for the day. It is a great reminder to me every time I wear it that there are folks out there that need us AND it also puts a smile on people’s faces.
If you can please check your lost and found and ask the staff if anyone has seen it, I would be grateful.

We would like to request if it is possible to waive the one night charge for MR. DAVID TAPANG is who booked with confirmation number 95013822 for Nov 12-19 under Microsoft’s corporate rate. We only received the guest’s email of cancellation request last Nov 12 at 5PM and our travel desk is closed on Saturdays and holidays. I was able to open the team email last November Nov 14 which was also a holiday in Manila and saw the request.
