Have been tryin g to reach customer service unsuccessful for days to change a mistake on the name of my husband in the flight ticket, even emailed a number I found for group post-purchases to ask someone for help (only email I’ve found), and they were not helpful. I also caught someone on the phone but was told they don’t handle my issue, but also didn’t know how to recommend or giide me to another sector. All emails provided don’t work! Has anyone figured out anything?
I have been trying to reach GOL to track my missing bag for days. They have no valid phone numbers or ways to contact. I would really appreciate if someone would contact me via e-mail. I am finding this to be the worst customer service ever experienced in my life and cannot understand how an airline would be so hard to reach for such a simple yet important matter. After about 6hours of attempting to file a complaint I give up and am using this as my official complaint seeing as it is my only option. I have booked International flight ticket of Air India on yesterday i.e. on 13/12/2016 for me and my wife for round trip from Ahmedabad to New York (JFK) dated 26/01/2017 and return flight dated 21/06/2017 form New York (JFK) to Ahmedabad through “Make mytrip”. But by mistake in typing my wife’s middle name is written Goganbhaio instead of “Goganbhai”. Thus “o” is required to be removed. Please guide me what I have to do for the correction of spelling mistake, so that we may not face any problem in International Flight during travelling.
