Hi, I was in the duty free store in Seattle Tacoma airport S gate. I saw an European lady with her little girl shopping there, with a coffee in her had and some products that she was going to buy. Before that, a shop assistant broke a bottle of liquor and she was cleaning, then there is another man assistant who didn’t see the liquid and stepped on the glass and yelled so loud that almost everyone in the store started to look at him. This is not the main problem. What I mentioned before, The European lady heard from the guy that she can pay with another cashier, then she moved to that cashier who broke the liquor. I didn’t hear what did that shop assistant say, but I heard the European lady said” you don’t have to talk to me like that ok? I know” then the man shop assistant started to complain in Chinese ” who does she think she is” “European women are spoiled” something like that. He thought that the European lady could not understand, but I do. I feel so shame that he as a Chinese ,he did something like that. I just want you guys to know about this, no offense.
