    Nothing but the highest praise for your customer care. Left a small bag on the shuttle at terminal B. Did not notice it missing until we were going to Car rental service. the attendant’s Harve’A. and David C. at stops #2& #3, were beyond helpful. Thank you for the excellent service.

    I discovered that I had left my bag outside of the airport. Several attendants pointed me to Airport Authority where I met C Havelle , a member of your Customer Care Support Team. I want to give kudos to her for her prompt and courteous attention for directing me to the location of my bag. The date of this occurence was June 22, 2016. Thanks

    Yes I am flying through Newark airport at the end of June. I am going from Indy to Newark and then Newark to Frankfurt Germany. I am traveling with my dog and have already been approved by all airlines. I have an 1.5 lay over in Newark before flying to Germany. Is it possible somewhere close to the gate to be escorted outside to allow the dog to use the restroom before getting on the long flight? Would really like to have feedback as soon as possible

    I lost my laptop bag this afternoon at Newark airport, terminal C. I believe it was lost either straight after security (went past checkpoint C2) or in gate C71 when I was waiting for the shuttle to terminal A or inside the suttle. The bag had 15 inch lenovo laptop along with a notebook and some other documents. If you find it you can contact me.
