    I am very disappointed with your service because i had booked a order – 2793610 from Shop clues & parcel has been shipped from your service Consignment No. D82520173. & it hasn’t been delivered. Your website says was my residence was locked. This is however not true. There are always people available at my place. And am surprised the consignment doesnt reach me despite repeated calls.

    I was expecting to receive courier from Chhindwara with docket number M61445826, but while tracking it is showing that it has been delivered in Gurgaon..what nonsense is this,when address mentioned in courier envelope is of pune how is it possible that it could be delivered in pune and the person also received it..very bad service by this courier.

    It has been over two and half months and the representative of First Flight Courier Service Branch Nagpur are not delivering the products. The packages are returned by saying one or other reasons such as “No courier service” , “consignor refuses to take over the pkgs” etc. They never intimate receipt of mails, products/ cheque envelopes to consignors etc.

    Once you have sent the courier, pl forget and do not call the customer care- as they will not pick up your phone. Now it’s your luck if the courier is delivered or just display on site as-“Delivered”.

    Credit card dispatched on 19.9.12 under reference no EV12263010446 not delivered so far. Tracking system on website of FFC is not able to provide any status.

    Payback have send my “PAYBACK” card through First flight twice from Mumbai to bangalore ., But both times it have been returned stating reason insufficient address details ., But complete Correct Exact Address is been given ., When i tried calling Customer care , No response from several numbers ., only two numbers picked of, Even they didnt help ., WORST SERVICE . IS THE COMPANY CLOSED ? or the customer care service representatives are worst ? . I have been waiting for my courier since more than 1 Month .

    i am suppose to receive a courier, the booking number is M45539712.. but because of the mistake in address the delivery will not be possible. The city in the address is Lonvala, but it is Pune having pin code 411057. Please note the needful changes and deliver the item in Pune

    My consignment no.EV12204011267 has been rejected twice, citing wrong address. This has wasted a minimum of 4 weeks, constantly calling them.
    First of all, the address is so Crystal Clear, that it cannot be wrong, we have been officially using that address for all our purposes. Secondly, if they consider the address wrong, they should call up first, on the number provided consignment. But they didn’t.

    The Consignment contains IMP DOCK. , and it still hasn’t delivered to us. The consignment sender has made several rounds to FirstFlight Courier Service at TANDA AMBEDKARNAGAR-UP, but they keep giving excuses that it is wrong address, without specifying how they consider it to be wrong, and without giving any reason as to why they didn’t call the number given on the consignment if they didn’t find the address.

    Its was traumatic for the consigner to visit several times to FirstFlight, as its quite far from the place. And it was equally traumatic for the consignee to call several numbers, who kept on forwarding from one number to another. .

    I am in the process of filing a consumer complaint

    My PAN card was dispatched on 5-7-2012 but on 11-7-2012 my courier status showed ‘party shifted’. There has been no change in the address and now my courier has been sent back. The address was correct and i did not receive any posts or couriers from 5july till date.

    I got a call on Monday 21st,May-12 that consignment would be delivered at 10:30 AM but it has not been delivered
    till date. I checked the consignment status at your site and it says it delivered, not sure to whom it delivered, as
    I have not received it till now.I am sending mails but it getting bounced, seems your email id is not correct. I tried to call your Bangalore office today but nobody is picking up the phone.

    Hi,
    With reference to courier no Z B 3582998 ,which was to delivered to our address , this courier was sent by Income tax department Bombay in which they have sent our pan card.

    First you have shown in your tracking system that the above letter was return back with the remarks party has shifted, whereas we are still running our office on the same address when we tightly pursued your office we have given assurance that we will get our letter within a day or so due to reason not known our delivery boy sunil has wrongly given the remarks party has shifted.

    Even after that we didn’t get our letter again we started on tracking site it was mentioned that the letter was delivered to the party with seal of the receiving co, when we have contacted your office daily they are giving us assurance that within 2 /3 days we will get our letter and after 5 or 6th day when there was heated arguments with Mr. Net Ram he said we should do whatever we want to do, he is not going to deliver our letter

    Now its requested to deliver our letter to us otherwise we have no other option to go to court of law for the inconvenience suffered by us and financial loss too.

The consignment sender has made several rounds to FirstFlight Courier Service at Gorakhpur, but they keep giving excuses that it is wrong address, without specifying how they consider it to be wrong, and without giving any reason as to why they didn’t call the number given on the consignment if they didn’t find the address.

    Its was traumatic for the consigner to visit several times to FirstFlight, as its quite far from the place. And it was equally traumatic for the consignee to call several numbers, who kept on forwarding from one number to another. The loss caused due to delay in exam preparation is irreperable and can cause failure and a wastage of 1 year.

    I am in the process of filing a consumer complaint.

    4 Bags of HT Bolts despatched from Chennai to Nagpur on 10th Oct. 2011 vide docket no. xx. Whereas we got delivery of 2 bags only from Nagpur on 14.10.2011. We are very badly in need of the balance quantity of materials. Kindly arrange to trace out the balance quantity of materials at the earliest.
