I haven’t yet received the refund of my ticket for 5th March, Siem Reap – Mumbai. I booked this ticket in India. I request you to let me know what to do because Bangkok Airways in India keeps telling me that it is credited however I haven’t received it.

BKK airways lost my bag few months ago As the company does not want to refund (as the Montreal convention) it makes it fall back the fault on my friend who would have taken the baggage in my place.. An official request has made by a lawyer to prove to us what the company said with the CCTV images from the airport and since a big silence. Hi I made a flight reservation with Bangkok air from Bangkok to Koh Samui, and Koh Samui back to Bangkok on the 12 th October 2011. The reservation code is xxxxx, flight number PG0123 and on return PG0266, under the names of “concealed” and “concealed”. I was wondering how do I go about changing those dates to March 2012 or do I have to cancel and rebook flights etc. I did call the Sydney office and they told me that I had to email you. Also I want to know if it is possible to have a bike as part of luggage and how I go about it. Please get back to me ASAP, thanking you in advance.
you can surely reschedule your flight without cancelling..but am not sure you can do it through email..the customer service support usually does over phone..

I traveled in PG 733 on 3rd July. One person was caught smoking in flight. No action was taken against him. sorry I will not suggest the airline to friends or family. It is question of life.
