Passengers can cancel their flights within 24 hours and receive a full refund. The policy applies to flights originating in and departing from the United States. To be eligible for the 24-hour cancellation, the departure date must be booked at least one week in advance.

Any reservation made through www.omanair.com must be canceled through the Manage Booking section. Once a booking cancellation request has been processed, it cannot be reversed. If flying on an international route, passengers can cancel their flight up to three hours before the scheduled departure time. No-show cancellations are only permitted for Business Class fares. Oman Air may cancel your ticket if you do not follow the airline’s rules, do not pay for your ticket, or do not follow the fare conditions.

To cancel a flight online, the reservation must be canceled at least three hours before the scheduled departure time. To cancel a flight, follow these steps.

  1. Browse the Manage Booking section of omanair.com.
  2. Select “Manage Booking” from the menu.
  3. Enter the airline’s PNR number and the passenger’s last name.
  4. Using your booking reference or e-ticket number, you can cancel.
  5. Choose the flight that you want to cancel.
  6. Review your reservation. You may easily cancel your flight with Oman Air by clicking the Submit button.

How to Cancel Flight at Airport Ticket office (ATO)

You will need to travel to the closest airport in order to cancel your flight through the ATO. To cancel your tickets, head to the Oman Air counter. You must present your ticket and any other relevant information to the agent. You may be asked to pay a cancellation charge.
