Dear HP, I spent 65 mins on the internet looking for a solution; i need the service center address so that I can send my printer for repair as I have left it unused for 9 months and it couldnt print. It prompt me with”please insert new cartridge which I did” (good sales tactic) and still couldnt work. Perhaps, its due to negligence on my part for 9 months. The onus is on me to send it to repair. But getting an address took 65 mins, how long do you think it will take to repair or diagnose a printer? I might have to buy an Epson printer instead over testing my patience on waiting………………….. for a response…………..

We bought a HP laptop less than 1 year and the computer just does not work. Send them to your technical support for almost 2 weeks,
no solution given and no one call to update us. We’ve been contacting them all this while, excuse upon excuse, very disappointed with HP.
Please advise as soon.

Today I called the HP contact number several times and finally a lady answered my call. I was looking for this staff Ung,Lih Fang and the call was transferred to her. She did not answer the call and I left a message in her voice mail for her to return call to me. I arranged a courier to deliver a document to her on 9 May 2017, Tuesday but there was no one to receive at the reception. Ung,Lih Fang did not disclose any mobile number or direct calling number. Now I have difficulty locating this person and the courier person is unable to deliver the document. This is not the first time I am experiencing such incident. Several times HP staff does not disclose any contact number. Hope my message will reach someone out there in Customer Service to attend to me to the soonest.

Today I called HP support for the status of the servicing of my laptop. I spent 20 min listening to the music and then when got connected to the customer service office, she said she was transferring me to the technical support engineer. After hearing the ring tone for another 5 min, no one picked up the call.

I bough HP officejet 4500 printer from Flora Limited,Dhaka Bangladesh in Nov 2011. Since then whenever I went to purchase ink no.901 they could not provide me in time. If I ask for black they have color, if I need color they have black. NOw since last two months they have any black ink and that stop my whole business.It is totally unacceptable and HP is cheating people, they are selling printer but they are unable to make sure the ink to be available in the market. SUGGEST NO TO BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM HP.
I bought a HP Folio-13-1012TU Serial # CND202KMXP at the IT Show on March 9th 2012.at Courts Booth 8245 . It was stated clearly that the purchase comes along with a 2 year extended warranty as well as other gifts. Immediately on that same day I went to 3 Temasek Bourlevard #02-001G/H to collect my free gifts and collected all the other gifts without problem but for the extended 2 year warranty I was told to register online and one month later HP will update the 2 year addtional extended waranty for me. subsequently after that that day or the next I registered it online and patiently waited for the extended warranty but to no avail. It has been 3 months now and 2 year warranty still no extended. Not only that I have made representations to HP service center twice to complain about this issue and to date I don’t even have a reply as to why I still do not have this 2 year extended warranty. Who in HP will take this case and bring it to an amicable end?
