I recently called the Australian HP outlet for information. After going through a bunch of automated (Aussie accent) hurdles, I was asked what my call was about? I replied ‘ recycling’ (for my old HP products) but the ‘ American auto voice’ replied ‘ language, not currently supported – goodbye’ & then hung up!
heh heh heh heh.
I purchased en envy laptop on the 31st of March and when i switched it on it sounded like an old truck one of the fans must be faulty. support agreed to replace it but 20days later i still have had nothing despite having made several calls to the support and customer services line. very unhappy. It seems as though customer service is in name only and they really don’t care at all .
I have recently had help from Hewlett-Packard to connect a printer to the network. The help I received troubleshooting the problem via phone and remote control was excellent. Getting the correct phone number and right contact was a bit confusing. I am a Type 1 Diabetic and stress causes me a lot of problems with my health. The problem was with a faulty modem installed when the NBN was connected (from there with NBN I went round and round in circles): I can now get my life back. I thank Melodie very much who tried very hard to help me and also the chap (Ross ?) who connected me once the modem was replaced. Their help was very much appreciated-
Did ONE update of 3 on my mother’s laptop – BIOS update. Laptop required a restart to complete update. Restarted laptop. Quote: “Something happened and your PIN isn’t available. Choose another sign-in option and set up your PIN again by going to Settings>Accounts>Sign in options”. Hello? Can’t sign in because your update stuffed up something and the laptop wants me to go to the aforementioned! It gives me a hint on a drive that does not exist. Your update, I can’t get in. I now have to take it to the computer mechanics and have them try. Thx. Kindly do NOT have updates that (apart from taking up space) bugger up the computer. REALLY cheesed off. Especially at 0136 (in the morning).
I purchased my laptop from Harvey Norman in June 2017. It has never worked properly, constantly โnot respondingโ. Harvey Norman checked it and said it ran very slow but they could not find a fault code to send it to HP. I contacted HP many times and finally they took it back to Singapore and updated some things on it and sent it back. It still was running too slow to use and I was unable to install software without it โnot respondingโ. I gave it back to Harvey Norman who checked it again for free knowing I was now out of warranty. Well it still doesnโt work so I checked online and found a program called Revive. It says there are 1183 errors and many of the files constantly crashing. I have spent so much money already on a computer I canโt use at all. I am at a loss as to what to do. I am a disabled pensioner, do not live near a town, need a computer….and I canโt believe no one can fix it. What a waste of $900….??
Hi there
RE: ORIGINAL INK CARTRIDGE FOR HP DESKJET INK ADVANTAGE 3635 ALL-IN-ONE PRINTER
I need your advice about the correct original ink cartridge for the above printer.
I bought the above printer while in the Philippines and was supplied with the following cartridges:
1 x HP 680 Black Original Ink Cartridge ( F6V27AA )
1 x HP 680 Tri-color Original Ink Cartridge ( F6V26AA )
Now I am here in Australia and need to buy supply of the HP 680 cartridges, I am unable to find the above cartridge in Sydney, please advice what is the suitable cartridge to buy for my printer in Australia? Thanks.
After working well for years my printer will no longer respond to my computer when I want to print a document. I have tried everything I know – including turning everything off and restarting – to get it to work to no avail .
Please help!
Kay
I bought an HP 15-g205AU for $399.00 in June 2015. It is now November 2016 and I have had to have the hard drive replaced, at a cost of approximately $200.00 including parts and labour. This is half the cost of the original purchase and, as a pensioner, money I can ill afford. The hard drive should not have needed replacing so soon. I had an HP computer previously and it was at least 6-7 years old before the hard drive crashed. I am extremely dissatisfied and upset with the poor quality of my purchase, not to mention that I am also extremely upset over the cost of repairs, and will not purchase a HP product again.
Very disappointed with the life of the hp battery 708457-001
I purchased 2 laptops & both the batteries have failed on me
MY previous laptops were MSI and the batteries were great.
I now have another defunct battery
Exactly the same problem here only my laptop is only just out of warranty and battery has failed. Hewlett Packard could not care less. So battery failure is an old problem going back at least 3 years when this was posted and they have done nothing to improve their products, well it figures!!
Hewlett packard after sales service and warranty of faulty underwhelming products is disgraceful. They need to be exposed for their inferior quality products. There basically is no service in Australia it is all run out of Singapore for all but the most basic of issues. These products tend to have big issues early in their life.
Hewlett Packards sux.
Hey someone at HP support Australia,
All I want to do is to open HP Solution Centre on my pc. It’s been on there for years, worked okay for years and again once re-installed due to Windows 10 upgrade.
But today it will not open. I tried uninstalling the printer, then re-installing it. Solution Centre still not opening.
Please help.
I’ve searched on your website for help, wanting to email or online chat, but no luck in getting to where that will happen.
I cannot phone you.
