Yatra also offers various modes of customer support to file a complaint regarding refund, cancellation and other travel related issues through the website Yatra.com. Log on to Yatra.com/support and click on contact us to submit new complaints and unresolved complaints with booking details. A Yatra representative would look into it on a priority basis, alternatively send an email with relevant travel details to file a complaint at support@yatra.com, or cancellations@yatra.com. Customers can also lodge complaints with Yatra through social media platforms, to claim refund/cancellation/other support related to travel and booking.
