Trying for two weeks to receive my shipment, extremely unhelpful, no-one in Australia available to solve the problem. On hold for very long periods of time, to be put in touch with customer support on poor phone connection, with no ability to solve problem after providing detailed delivery instructions. What a joke.
We’ve twice received the same email – yesterday and today. Also sent request to FEDEX for verification, but no response. On inspecting the .zip file it contains a .exe file, NOT a text/image file which would be used for an Invoice as stated. Delete it UNOPENED!
it is a scam e-mail blasted by someone. you can refer to the http://www.fedex.com/au for the disclaimer stating it was not them…
I received the same email.. not expecting any parcels
I also received the same email. I ask which post office, how did they get my email address. I am not expecting a consignment. I will not open the attached file, surely the sender would be notified of the non delivery if this was genuine.
We have received an email from the address “FedEx AU <worldwide.services"@fedex.com
The email states:
Your parcel has arrived at the post office on December 2.
Our Driver was unable to deliver the parcel to your address
Please print out the invoice copy attached and collect the package at our office.
The email has a zip file that I believe may be a virus. I am reluctant to open the file until you are able to verify that the email has originated from you.
Can you please confirm that this is not a hoax email
please scan the attached before opening..
