This company is out of fund i assume. Why waited such long time to send notice for payment? Should send notice after contract had ended. Not waited 6-7 years later then come back claim customer to pay thousand amount for unused service? Seriously? Easy making money for the company but for us we don’t grow the money from the tree if you get what I mean.

I’ve tried to get someone to answer my call by calling the customer care for about 2 weeks now, no one ever answers the phone and only calls back at odd hours. I tried writing in only get matched wrong profile after 9 days. Are you sure you have a customer team , if you do you might need to rehire someone who knows how to work it right.
