I was on flight VA9219 on 3/Aug/2022, I checked in 3 bags but only received 2 at the OCM Airport. Virgin Airlines has completely lost my bag… causing me financial stress. I can’t go eat dinner, because it is required that I don’t wear work clothes/boots. Some medication/clothing/shoes.. etc was in that bag… Virgin Airlines refused to respond to my complaints, in a timely manner. I now have to fly back to Perth earlier than expected and replace over $1000 clothing, supplements, medication and work wear.
Am a platinum on star alliance – a frequent business flier all over the world and was totally shocked to see the way your flight manager at the gate was behaving with the passengers after one flight cancellation and then few hours further delay- rude and arrogant behavior to another level- when he was told by me of the same he off loaded me and shown a no show in my booking so that I had to buy a new ticket for the next flight for Aud 270. Most ridiculous way of handling stress by Virgin Australia.
Dear Sir, Booking Ref VTVTIF Sydney to Wellington and return.
Having missed the first flight on Tuesday 29th VA171 due to ill health at Abu Dhabi and needed to return home to UK, I have tried unsuccessfully to contact anyone who will advice on refund and cancellation of return flight VA172 wellington to Sydney on Sunday 3rd March 2019. can you help. These flights were booked through Gotogate, who will not confirm cancellation and require a £110 charge to continue.

My husband and I were returning home to Brisbane on Friday aboard VA947 from Sydney (after a long rather tiring cruise)
and being in need of assistance with walking stick (and age) my husband and I boarded early and wish to acknowledge the wonderful help and courteous assistance of your hostess Jasinta. I have been trying to book a special meal for two days and your system isn’t recognising my e-ticket or code. There is no one I can speak with as all your phone messages are automated. The customer help desk is only open Monday to Friday. You can’t complain about customer service because there isn’t any. What a joke. No wonder I don’t usually fly Virgin.
Flying to UK by Eithad. Tried to redeem points through Europcar in England using ‘cartrawler’ on the Velocity website with no joy. Checked with Europcar and cars were available at Gatwick and Heathrow Airports, two of the major flight hubs in the country. Spent time between Velocity, Cartrawler, and Europcar who just sent me back and forward between each other. The end result would appear to be that I couldn’t book a car by using my points which begs the question why have points if you can’t use them when you want to.

There was NO WAY I could bend, or break off or indeed bite into the ball.
Protein balls in my view should be fairly easy to bite into….or at least the ones I have purchased (not infrequently) have been.
I was extremely disappointed given I was on the second leg of my flight to Tasmania and I was hungry.

My son is flying from Perth to Melbourne on Thursday morning and on checking in online discovered he was no longer able to request a gluten free meal. His request is not a lifestyle choice as he is coeliac and unable to process gluten without painful and often life threatening consequences. I understand he has the option of bringing his own meal or purchasing one on board however as he has paid the same fare as his fellow travellers he his entitled to no more or less than they are.
I would just like to say a BIG THANKYOU for the Virgin staff at Tullamarine airport on 29th March, 2018. My husband needed assistance and they were so helpful with booking in, getting us onto the plane etc.
