Just wanted to say Thank You for another pleasant flight with Virgin America from San Francisco back home to Palm Springs.
Wish you had more flights out of here to other places and one to Sacramento would be terrific. Your service crews are the best.
On my return trip from Cabo San Lucas,I left behind my laptop at the security check point in San Jose Del Cabo airport. when I arrived home in San Francisco,I called the lost and found department in sj airport where an employee named Maria Elena Marquez Castro kindly worked very hard for next few days to retrieve my laptop and sent it to me. She was vey pleasant to talk to and very helpful with my questions. It is very hard to find such service oriented employee nowadays. I like to tell Virgin America that because of Maria, my losing a laptop was a pleasant experience. Thank you Maria! we go to Cabo often. I’ll look in on you and thank you personally.
The worst thing about Virgin America losing a baggage is nobody even gets back to us and updates us of the status. We’ve been calling the LAX office and it was voicemail every single time. When nobody reassures that something is being done to find our baggage, maybe nobody from Virgin America really damn cares! Maybe that’s why google it and you’ll find a lot of complaints about baggage lost by Virgin America!
My flight to NJ was canceled and no cash refund but “credit”. There was no alternative flight arranged and I ended up paying another 500 dollars to get a ticket with a different airline and waiting at the airport for almost 24 hrs. To get my credit convert into another flight ticket, tt takes me three calls, each cost me up to over an hour waiting on line, to realize that I need to gather more info each time. My flight credit is about to expire within three weeks and I’ve been calling customer agents to sort things out. Nothing was taken care of and I am now still waiting on phone to get through customer service. It is the fourth time this week, 11/28 today, and it’s been 89 mins so far I’ve been waiting in line to speak to any possible ALIVE human being working at VA. I will never purchase any ticket with VA. NEVER!
i have been trying to get through to any department at this point to speak to someone live in your company. i stay on hold for 45 minutes and then the phone disconnects. i have been calling since 10/31/11 and i am quite disgusted. i realize the airline went through some reservation changes but at this point there should be agents available to speak with customers. i have had an issue since my flight on 10/31/11. please advise how i can reach an agent for help.
I have been on hold for almost half an hour to transfer a credit from my children’s credit files to mine before you close at 11:30, but that does not look possible at this point.
Dear Sir or Madam:
I have a problem with getting a refund of $384.00. On 8/2/11, I booked for myself and my wife a flight from SFO to Seattle, round trip and was charged twice. Record locater #xxx. I called after finding out that credit card was charged twice. Virgin America rep indicated that your credit will be adjusted. Now, as of 9/19/11, nothing has been done. Can you advise me on this matter.
you should get details on your refund from the Virgin America customer support..
