In addition, hotels can be filtered by brand (Westin, Sheraton, Four Points, W Hotels, Le Meridien, St Regis, The Luxury Collection, aloft, element) or by hotel type and amenities such as airport, beach, resort, spa, honeymoon, airport shuttle, internet, suites, golf, ski, tennis and fitness center.
I recently stayed at the Sheraton Fallsview Resort in Niagara Falls Canada. This was possibly the worst hotel stay I have experienced and I travel for work and stay in a lot of hotels.
The front desk staffed refused to listen to my concerns, I was put into and interior room with no window, the air conditioning didn’t work and I could not sleep as I had no emergency route should a fire break out so I was fearful for my family. When I request a new room I was told the resort was sold out, while other members of my group were offered other rooms.
I was told the manager would be in touch with me and it has been over 2 weeks and I still have not heard from anyone.
This is extremely disappointing from and organization that claims to be customer focused. It is very clear to me that this resort only cared that they had my credit card and didn’t have to worry about customer satisfaction. I will be sharing my extremely disappointing experience with others and advising to never stay at this resort in the future.
I have been a Sheraton Club International Gold member since 1988. This is my first complaint. I called to reserve a room and parking during a trip from your central reservations for Miami Airport. I used their drive and fly package before. Central reservations told me that they had rooms for the one night, but no parking for the week of my trip. I called the hotel directly and was told that they had no such package and that parking is handled separately by a separate company, and needed a separate reservation from them. As a business traveler, this inconvenience is unacceptable. I will be staying at a Hyatt and with one call was accomodated. FYI
We recently stayed at the Sheraton Waikiki.
When we arrived, we found out the hotel workers were on strike, and had been for over a month. We couldn’t believe that we were not notified about this beforehand through an email. When we complained to the hotel they told us that if we didn’t like it, then we were free to leave. After a 9 hour flight from Australia, it was the last thing that we wanted to do (not that any other hotels had rooms available at such late notice) The hotel begrudgingly removed the resort tax after our complaints.
To our annoyance, we later found out that other guests were given free nights accommodation and complimentary access to the club lounge, which we had paid full price for. Eating stale Costco food on paper plates and drinking lukewarm juice from plastic cups is not our idea of five star. Me and several other guests suffered from a gastric upset that I believe was caused from the stale food. The afternoon beverages were no better, as they were lukewarm and the draft beer was gassy and produced more foam then beer.
One of the main reasons we chose the Sheraton was their famous Leahi Club, and we are sorely disappointed with the service.
During the day, my children were taunted by the protesters while they tried to relax and enjoy themselves in the pool. While the protesters were on the beachfront, my children were reluctant to use the pool as they did not feel safe. Also, while this was going on, maintenance was happening in the hotel, and the loud noise made by jackhammers made it hard to relax in the hotel rooms. Giving us the option of jackhammers inside or the persistent chant of protesters outside is definitely not ideal for a relaxing holiday. None of the hotel restaurants or bars were open, either.
We have saved long and hard for this once in a lifetime holiday. My wife and I wanted to celebrate our 20 year wedding anniversary with our family and friends in paradise, only to have it ruined.
We are considering taking our complaint to the authorities as we believe that we paid for five star and received three at best.
Could some senior please contact me to discuss? I want to make sure that these problems can be rectified for other guests so they are not short-changed like we were.

Hello I stood at Sheraton San Juan puerto rico. Main purpose was to enjoy the pool for few hours and was going to check in for another night depending on the hotel being that I did not know which hotel priceline will book me. Beside so many taxes and service charges for that night. The pool was dirty since the nightI got there. Joping to use it next day 4th of July water was blurry seem dirty not till they test it they removed all the guest because of high bacteria levels. IIdecided not to reserve another night the second night. Pool night off limits. Shameful. For many tourist were upset as well. Not at all a way to celebrate.
I wish to make a complaint about the Laundry Service I received at the Royal Orchid Sheraton in Bangkok. I recently booked 2 rooms for 5 nights and have no returned to Australia.
Please provide the email address for your Head Office or your customer complaints department.
Not happy about my recent stay in Kuala Lumpur. Treated unjustly by the hotel manager.
