I accidentally made a double reservation on the same 2 nights due to computer glitch. Priceline says they can not cancel one of the reservations and the hotel says the same. What kind of gimmick is this? The cancellation policy is at the bottom of Priceline web page after all the advertisements and you need to notice the little arrow and click on it to see it. I will NEVER use Priceline again.
This is the most deceiving unhelpful service for airfair available. The customer service is rude and does absolutely nothing to help you. The โTrip Protectionโ policy doesnโt actually protect your trip. I am so unhappy with Priceline and and so unhappy with Allianz Global. They donโt care about customers and they deceive you with buying the trip protection that doesnโt actually protect. There are plenty of other travel services available and Iโve always used Priceline because I knew them but no longer. I would highly recommend that you use Expedia instead!
To whom it may concern, this is not the hotel we reserved online. You promised a four-star hotel, and that is not what we got at all. It looks more like a hospital than a hotel, you guys should advertise correctly; we did not get what we expected. We did not check into the hotel last night, and we would appreciate there is no charge for any reservations made; there were two separate reservations and the Priceline trip number are (150-573-734-28 and 149-312-723-20) The minute we didn’t check in, we sent in an email to the email confirming it, that we didn’t want it. It was very hard to communicate with anybody on your side. So, therefore, whoever is receiving this email have to be aware that there shouldn’t be a charge on our cards. this is the copy of our email (To whom it may concern, this is not the hotel we reserved online. You promised a four-star hotel, and that is not what we got at all. It looks more like a hospital than a hotel, you guys should advertise correctly; we did not get what we expected. We only made the reservation a few hours ago. Please cancel the reservation with no charge. Thank you
Dear Sir/Madam,
I have already contacted you last week for a repeated issue. There are everyday postings for Delta Airline flights that are NEVER available. I made 37 attempts 1n 18 days for flights between Phoenix and Montreal. This includes some seconds after the postings. I have the feeling that this is a bait and switch tactic and I have already contacted Delta for that matter. If this is technically legitimate, it is a nasty deterrent to ever use your site again. Respectfully.
This is in regard to a hotel I saw on your web site. You put in bold letters “free cancellation available”. Yes if you are willing to pay an additional 60.00 a night that is true. So for a reservation of eight days that would be an additional $480.00. What a bargain! Your statement “free cancellation available is a little deceiving.
Allianz Insurance is a scam! Bought it because i’m a disabled veteran (IN CASE) Then, ill B4 trip i’m told that premium refund can only B done 24 hours after purchasing it. WTH? who does that? I cancelled my hotel because I had difficulty getting hold of Priceline. BEWARE! Do me a favor. Use a gun from now on, and stop using insurance to “ROB” the public
Your customer service is non existent. Such poor service has convinced me never to use your service again as we did not get what we paid for on our trip.
It’s really sad that you use celebrities to promote bad relations with your customers.
I hope everyone reads this.
I never received a confirmation for two flights. When I checked with your customer service number, the recording said you couldn’t get seats for the requested flights. Why were they listed if no seats? Why didn’t I receive any notification? Do I have to make other arrangements or am I still in the system? Frustrating not to be able to reach a real person!!!
Hello. I am missing my connecting flight this evening because of a storm in Chicago. I have booked 5 nights at Hilton Rialto Place in Melbourne starting tonight, but now I won’t get in until tomorrow. May I cancel the hotel for this evening, and check in tomorrow?
I ABSOLUTELY HATE your customer service automated phone numbers! They are useless. Pleas get a live person to answer a simple question that needs to be answered before I book a hotel. I will never use your site again.
Hi Good Afternoon
I am writing on behalf of the Esplendor Resort here in Rio Rico, AZ, we have a few reservations from guests who have prepaid with priceline.com and we cant seem to be able to charge the credit cards provided by priceline. We have about 10 of them pending payment. If someone could please give us a call at (520) 281-1901 and resolve this matter as soon as possible.
