Baggage Information
Economy class passengers may carry up to 2 items of baggage with total max weight of 20 kilos. Business class passengers can carry 2 items with max 30 kilos. For cabin baggage, economy class passengers can carry up to 2 bags with max 8 kilos while business passengers can carry up to 12 kilos.

I’ve booked flights from Santorini to Athens on GoLight fares. Our schedule because of accommodation availability, we are now not flying out of Santorini but Mykonos. Which means we need to change the flights from Santorini – Athens to Mykonos – Athens. What is the most simplest and cost effective way to do this? Looked on the “manage my booking” but it only allows me to change flight times. Please advise.
We are outraged at the behavior of your desk agents at Athens airport on 01/10/2017. When our Delta flight from New York to Athens arrived 40 minutes early, we were offered transfer to Milos on SkyExpress that was departing in an hour rather than Olympic flight 24, which would not depart for 5 hours. I spoke with your agent Efstathiou Maria, who encouraged me to refund my Olympic ticket and informed me that the cost to cancel the ticket would be 20E each for my spouse and me (40E total). I rushed to SkyExpress and paid 190E for two non-refundable tickets to Milos, got our boarding passes and checked our bags. When I returned to the ticket counter, a new worker sitting there told me that the fee to refund those tickets would be 45E per passenger rather than the 20E we were originally told. They agents acknowledged that it was their error to tell me that the cost to cancel would be 20E each. Now they insisted the cost would be 45E for each passenger. Not wanting to miss our SkyExpress flight, we agreed to pay with the understanding that we would be following up with Customer Service and American Express to pay just the 20E fee we were originally quoted. This second agent processed the return of our tickets and we were shocked to see that she was now charging us 20E PLUS 45E for a total of 65E cancellation fee per ticket! We demanded to see the manager on duty. She, Persouu Joanna was very apologetic and acknowledged that we should only be charged the 20E fee we were quoted since, on that basis, we had now purchased non-refundable non-changeable SkyExpress tickets. The manager guaranteed that filing this complaint via email to Customer Service would result in a refund of the excess cancellation fees beyond what we were quoted. Booking Reference #VSOSU7
I left my sweater on the plane. How can I get it back? I am very disappointed you have no online means of handling lost personal items. I tried to use Aegeans form but my flight originated in Rhodes which they do not fly out of so no drop down choice available in the online form. 8 August 2017, OA201, Seat14A. I have a ticket booked on Olympic air for an internal flight. I need to cancel it through illness. It is a flexible ticket. I can find how to change the flight but not how to cancel it on line, Please advise.
I have tried to contact Customer Services by phone from UK as I have booked tickets with Olympic from Athens to Samos in May and need to check ticket details but both telephone numbers given on website are not recognised. How do I speak to customer services by phone?
