About World of Coca-Cola
Located in Atlanta, the State of Georgia in the United States, the World of Coca Cola, celebrates 125 years of history, of the popular soda beverage, known worldwide as the Coke brand or Coca Cola. The museum opened to the public in 2007, at Pemberton Place, Atlanta welcoming over 1 million visitors at the inaugural year, and is presently an iconic landmark of the city of Atlanta.

In 2011, the museum opened its secret vault to the public, displaying the scenes behind the making of the popular soft drink and its bottling line-up. Invented by pharmacist Dr. John Pemberton in 1886, Coca Cola has more than 100 varieties of beverage products for consumers worldwide. The museum stands on an acclaimed property, the Pemberton Plaza of 20 acres in Atlanta Downtown, and is opposite to Atlanta’s second best attraction, the Georgia Aquarium, and home to the Centre of Civil and Human Rights.

On the inside, visitors can explore the lobby (Coca Cola bottle sculptures), the Loft (200 historical international artifacts), the Coca Cola Theatre ( 6-minute film), the Secret Vault ( Multimedia & exhibits of the secret formula), the Milestones of Refreshment ( 10 gallery series ), the Bottle Works ( Behind-the-scenes), and the 4D Theatre (Multisensory movie ). Likewise, other attractions include the Coca Cola Portrait Wall (Interactive map of the world for Coca Cola initiatives), the Pop Culture Gallery (Original paintings of Coca Cola), Perfect Pauses Theatre (four short films about Coca Cola), Taste It (100 beverage tasting), and the Coca Cola Store (Merchandise & Souvenirs).

At the World of Coca Cola museum, visitors experience a multimedia interaction of the making of Coca Cola, sample taste the various coke products, and explore the artifacts and creations of the brand like slogans, posters, vintage photographs, bottle art and many others. Self-guided tours are available, and online booking of tickets is highly recommended to avoid waiting time.

Open 7 days a week, from 10:00am-5:00pm, the World of Coca-Cola museum welcomes visitors from around the globe, and remains closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas. The estimated visiting duration is around 2 hours, to tour the museum, and there are nearby tourist attractions, such as the Georgia Aquarium. Parking is available at 10$ for 4 hours, and tickets cost 16$ for adults, and 14$ for senior citizens, and 12$ for children aged 3-12, and free for children below three.
