I will NEVER order from this store again. I made an order in november. The order was all wrong. I called them and received a return postage label that i printed and returned the entire order. I never received the correct order or a refund. Now i ordered again. I got 3 correct items and 3 incorrect items. I am fed up with this place.
Absolutely awful customer service and zero compassion. My mom placed an order, she was taken by ambulance to hospital and has been in hospital and rehabilitation centers since. Her order arrived 11/22 however since it’s been past sixty days, they will not offer any credit or exchange. After opening up the package, 3 of these shirts aren’t even sewn properly. Big gaps in seams. Pretty sad. SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND AGGRAVATION, DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I purchased a coat. Price with shipping and handling was $177.66. Had to return because it was too small. They would only refund the price of the item, which was $141.33. Which means I am out over $30. I wanted to exchange the coat for another size, but would in turn lose more money.
Will think twice in ordering from Woman Within again.
I ordered shorts and they sent me 2 pairs, I did not order!! I immediately returned them and because I didnโt save the tracking number, they refuse to refund me my 50.00! They are dishonest and should be ashamed.
I have been ordering for years from Amazon, Walmart and many other online stores, but this problem with Woman Within was the first time I encounter. On May 10th I placed an order from website. I checked out as a Guest, Once I confirmed the order which was total amount $ 71.95 It was deducted from my credit card. But there was a message in the website where the order was placed on your website (There was a problem processing your orderโฆ)
On May 10th, 13 and 17 I contacted 3 agents on the website using the chat system. I have all the chats with the agents saved. The agents couldnโt solve my issue. Then on May 21st,2022 I contacted the customer services on phone, a lady called โMadioโ she gave a ref number. Madio said the amount will be back refunded to me within 30 days. Today is August 7, 2022 and till now I didnโt get my money back. And I can’t find any email address to send and explain my problem.
Not the same Company since merger. Terrible time with returns. If you donโt use their return label, at a high rate, there is no address available to send returns at your own cost. I can return a bra a lot cheaper then the $10 you charge for the return label. WomanWithin was always my go to store for years and years. No more.
Absolutely horrendous. 1) when i placed my first order evidently was signed up for a program over a year i have been charged $14.95 FOR NOTHING. After speaking to 4 people i got it canceled and no refund no nothing. Then i follow up on the package to be delivered June 1st showing NOT SHIPPED. PAID $25 FOR EXPIDITED SHIPPING. It is now 10 days later and NOTHING. resolution: we will give you back $9.95 . So now i have spent almost $200 in fees of something i was not aware of. My package is lost per a customer service rep- think that was person number 5 or 6? And they cant do anything about it. Absolutely worthless.
I ordered 2 sweaters for my Mom’s Christmas present. My Mom passed away Dec 7th. I called Woman Within to return and exchange. They would not let me do either. I had been a customer for many years. I have patiently waited when bathing suits I ordered in the spring didn’t come until winter time. I am beyond disappointed with Woman Within.
I just placed an order w/ WW & Romans. I am very angry & frustrated. I know the salespersons have a job to do. However the constant bombarding of pushing extra items on me was too much. I told them โNo!โ at least 5+ times! My time is valuable. Also, I could hardly understand either one! Plain speaking folks would be appreciated. I would rate both shopping experiences as BAD. Order a coat for my husband for Christmas. Was sent an email that the coat was backorder and won’t ship till March when by then he won’t need it. I have seen the same coat on Amazon for a higher price. I have been all over this site to cancel this order but cannot find away to do it. So my next step is to call the bank that holds my credit card.
I’ve ordered from other catalogs after sending you my order and received the items a few weeks ago, what seems to be the problem? Didnt take you long to charge my credit card. if you don’t intend to send my order i would appreciate you applying the funds back to my credit card. What a disappointment, won’t be ordering from you again.
I am extremely disappointed with Woman Within. The obviously intentional blocking of any real time contact with them to try to resolve issues is so disappointing and extremely unprofessional. My dear neighbor ordered from you for years, I’ve ordered twice, and we never had the problems I’ve had with this order. I immediately paid, in good faith for my order only to be sent about a week later an email telling me due to Covid issues and high order numbers, that my item would be delayed. I’m so sick of companies using the Covid excuse when they just won’t due their job. Poor business! Phones calls, emails, no response. Chat feature turned off on web site. No way to cancel order and get a refund. Shame on you! Got an email yesterday telling me it’s finally on it’s way… we’ll see. So disappointed. And it looks like I’m just one of many…..
I have to say that I really dislike your new catalog ordering system!!! To have to reinout the search item for multiples of the same item is a pain!! I have always enjoyed what I received from you but I doubt I will be back again. Tried to place my $600+ order by phone and got someone who did not even understand English enough to take my full order!
Placed an order on0 5/27/21, the status keeps showing as not shipped and processing. I sent several emails requesting a status and I keep getting the standard reply that it’s taking longer to process. I called customer service today 06/12/21 and spoke to someone on the call who had no clue as to what was going on and kept repeating themselves. I asking to speak with a manager, customer service stated that since the order was in process with no time frame of delivery that I could not cancel my order even thought it’s not shipped. I stated I will not PAY for a product via credit for something I did not receive. Long story short. No resolution. I will not be ordering anything else from them as I feel product is not available local/US.
Have been a customer for more than 10 years. My order from April 29 has still not been received. I am on hold with your customer service rep LYNN right now. She has had me on hold for over 1 hour. The call on 6-3-21 started at 4:30 and its now 5:46. My problem with all of this, after applying my coupon my order totaled $12 and changed. Who lost here? You did because this rep is just trying to wait me out. I’m not hanging up. I’m retired, I have nothing to do. All I asked her to do was either reorder my jeans or get a supervisor.
My experience is identical to Joelin…the worst customer service I have experienced. I asked for the main office number and the individual told me there was not a method to contact them or speak to anyone else. I will no longer purchase items from you… just lost another customer! I’m livid I ordered my items on may 27 for a trip and only get delays as a response. The garments are still in the warehouse…so you can’t blame shipping.
I placed an order on May 13, received an email confirmation stating one of the shirts was out of stock an the other was backordered and wouldn’t be shipped until Aug. So I wanted to cancel the order but they are doing nothing but giving me the run around. I will NEVER order on the site or their affiliates again. Poor customer service.

I have been a customer of Woman Within for years. Long before it started merging/ buying up all the other plus size companies. My last two orders have been returned. The first was bras, I had always ordered the same Glamorise bras. The ones received were not of the same quality. Then the company had the audacity to send me a letter telling me how to measure correctly for a bra. Dah, I never had this trouble before. Now yesterday I received another order that took me two months to get and itโs on its way back to company. I was sent a return label but then you add the shipping instead of crediting the whole amount of purchase. I did not order Jessica London jeans I know these outfits are cut to small for me thus my reason for not buying from their catalog. I miss Catherineโs products before the store was bought by you but not sure what Iโll get now. Not sure if I will continue ordering from here.
Could not understand clearly what the rep was trying to say to me about my order. Just hope my order is everything I called in for. I had to stop her many times for her to explain to me what she was trying to tell me.
I placed my first order with Woman Within on May 5; 2021. I later read the reviewsโoh, boy! I have yet to receive an order confirmation, and my credit card was charged immediately. When I order online with reputable companies, I receive a confirmation immediately, and my card isnโt charged until the order is shipped. I am concerned that I made a mistake.
I placed my order on 3/25 and it is now almost 2 weeks and the order has yet to ship. It is very difficult in getting answers or even using their email system for it just generates the same one back. I finally got someone and it is going to take about a month for this to arrive. Remarkable. I am so disappointed in the service and response I received. I could not even speed up the shipment or even cancel this. Horrible.
It is now twenty days since my order what is going on. I can’t even get a straight answer from any of your reps it’s one story after another. I have been with your company for so many years and this is the first time ever with an issue. I know all your clothing comes from the same warehouse as your competitors and I have received my orders from them in 7-10 business days plus I made those orders well after my order with you.
They don’t even answer the phone when you want to place an order. I have tried for days to contact someone to no avail. I was not given my discount for WWESPECIAL 40% off highest priced order. I only received my $10.00 reward certificate. When I ordered on line it would not allow the discount to be applied. I will refuse my pkg when it comes and I will also cancel my credit card with Woman Within.
Placed an order on 1/27/2021. I received 2 of my 3 items in a timely manner. Returned the 2 items received using the return label provided 2/26/2021. Now I’m told my return wasn’t received before the 60 day return and I’ll not receive credit!! I sent my package back BEFORE 30 days but i’m being penalized(nearly $80) because they SAY it wasn’t received in time. This is not right!!
I received a package 3-17-21 addressed to me but contents were nothing I ordered. They were both mens King size sweat pants and hoodie. There were 2 shipping documents of of which listed the items listed above. Ordered by Isabel in San Antonio. The second document showed that I ordered 2 women’s shirts (that was correct but they were not included). My original order was made to Amazon. I was told by Amazon to contact Woman Within but after waiting 1 hour and then 30 minutes on next call I gave up.
I HAVE been trying for 2 days now to get somebody from customer service to answer their phone. I have waited 3 different times on hold for 20 mins each to no avail. I returned 3 pairs of shoes and have yet to get a refund. A woman in new orders said that a merchandise credit was issued to me.
I ordered a coat on about November 29th on Amazon fulfilled and sold by Woman Within. It was a birthday gift for my sister in law whose birthday was December 4th. It said it would arrive on the 7th. That was fine. It is now December 21st and I still have not received the jacket. I received a tracking number for Fed Ex SmartPost and tried to track the package and the tracking number does not exist.
I have emailed A Woman Within but have heard nothing from them. Does anyone have any tips on how to actually find out the issue?

Items received was two pair of elastic top slacks for wife. Legs were to long so had them re-seamed for her length. Wife likes the slacks allot and will recommend Woman Within when opportunity arises. Order was received timely. Thanks

I ordered two pair of capris on Sat., the 16th. I never did get an e-mail confirmation, but found the charge was made on my Visa card. I called your customer service and was told the confirmation had been sent to my daughter in Fl. How you got her e-mail address is news to me !!!! I was also told I would be getting a confirmation on my e-mail address, which I have not!!
