About Vistara
Vistara is a newly launchedย Indianย airline that is a joint venture of Tata Sons Ltd and Singapore Airlines Ltd. Operating as TATA SIA Airlined Ltd, the airline commenced operations in January 2015. Currently it flies to 12 cities and operates close to 33 flights every week. The cities connected inlude Delhi, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Bagdodra, Guwahati, Varanasi, Bhubaneswar, Mumbai, Goa, Pune, Bangalore and Hyderabad.
All Vistara flights come with the three commonly found cabinsย – Business Class, Premium Economy Class and Economy Class. The business class comes with a tablet, wireless streaming of content, extendable leg rest and foot rest, wide seats, among others. Business class customers also enjoy dedicated check-in, priority security screening, lounge access, special dining and 30kg baggage allowance for check-in. While the Premium Economy Class comes with much of the benefits already mentioned, the Economy class provides fliers with complimentary food, choice of newspapers, innovative inflight entertainment system and 15kg baggage allowance for check-in.
Those looking to check-in in advance, use the web check-in option or even download the Vistara app that is compatible with Apple, Android and Windows phones. Through these platforms, one can easily select a preferred seat, choose their meal and even print the boarding pass. Planning and booking a flight is easy on the website. You can select the origin, destination, dates and proceed for payment. You can use a Master/Visa debit or credit card for payment.
Once the booking has been confirmed, fliers can also manage their booking, by making changes to the schedule, update seat and meal preference, see departure/arrival timings, among others. Valid photo identification documents must be carried before proceeding to the flight.
For those who frequently travel, there is Club Vistara through which one can earn points to be used for future flights. The different tires found under the frequent flier programme include CV Base, CV Silver and CV Gold. Read the terms and conditions before registering for the programme. Club Vistara members can also earn points when flying on Singapore Airlines & SilkAir. Members enjoy priority baggage handling, priority boarding, exclusive offers, lounge access, among others.

I booked my ticket from Delhi to Bhubaneshwar. And it is booked under wrong name. I am trying to call customer care from past 2 days but no response.

I have booked nine Tickets from Amritsar to Delhi through Yatra. com and after that again tried to book Ticket for our remaining two group members Mr.Gurnam Singh and Mr.G S PAHWA, But due to error in Yatra website could not get the booking complete,I called their Helpline and was told that this is group ticket send mail/comlaint to group@yatra.com. but to no avail, then i booked those two tickets through make my trip .com After some time a phone from yatra came telling me your tickets were booked AND ALSO RECEIVED MAIL OF BOOKING AFTER THIS I CANCELLED THE TWO TICKETS BOOKED THROUGH YATRA. TOTAL CHARGES 3546.00 LESS AIRLINE CHARGES 2200.00 LESS YATRA CHARGES 800.00 SO GOT REFUND OF Rs. 546.00………. CANCELLATION FOR TICKETS BOOKED TWICE BY MISTAKE, THIS IS UNFAIR
Yesterday (25th May 2017), I had taken Vistara Flight UK-778 from Kolkata to New Delhi; Kolkata dep. 16:55 hrs., New Delhi arr. 19:25 hrs. I was in Business Class and was allotted seat 1D which was a front row aisle seat. There were only 3 of us in Business Class.
My co-passenger had requested for snacks to be served to him at 18:00 hrs and I had done likewise for 18:30 hrs.
After confirming from me at 18:20 hrs., the airhostess started getting my tray ready. Since I was sitting in the aisle seat and the curtain was a little parted, I could clearly see her movements in preparing my tray.
After getting my tray ready, she pulled out the used tray of my co-passenger containing leftover food items (from the rack), and poured something from a small bowl of the used tray into the bowl of my tray. After she served it to me, I saw that it was a bowl of ‘chutney’.
Of course, I didn’t touch that bowl, but this kind of behaviour of recycling used food items, in an Airline like Vistara, that too in Business Class thoroughly disappointed me.
Kindly counsel your Cabin Crew suitably to refrain from these kind of activities.

On 20-APR-2017 we(2 persons) are traveling by UK830. yesterday I got sms about the rescheduled time i. e. Departure at 10:05 and Arrival at 2:40.How can you change 2 hours flight to 4 hours!!!! I tried to call your customer care but was unable to get any information on my query. Pl reply ASAP.
