Payment for purchases of Uline products can be made using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and wire transfer. Uline does not accept PayPal or prepaid credit cards at the moment. Tonight I attempted to place my first and only order with ULINE. It was for 25 small boxes for mailing out Christmas presents. As you might be able to tell, I am not a company, but one senior citizen in Maine, and navigating your directions for placing an order was not that easy for me. My first attempt resulted in double the number of boxes and double the price, achieved from bashing around in the order process. I was not clear how to stop that order and adjust it to the original intent: 25 boxes, and not blunder into ordering 50 boxes!
Now, the reason for this note: I called customer service. My call was answered by one Ellen Lee. She was kind and helpful to me in spite of my tiny order, my shaking fingers and general confusion. She gamely sat there with me while I rewrote the order, and felt clear that the proper order, for the proper number, was being sent to you.
Because of Ellen Lee, I am now a huge fan of your company, and confident that your boxes must be wonderful as well.
The kindness, respect and patience she showed was exemplary, and I hope someone will send her a big thank you, from me.
