I ordered four items in Trendyol and fully paid through credit card. I received 2 items already, the 3rd item was delivered yesterday 03/12/22 and the delivery guy asking to pay the item which is already paid. I did not take the items, waiting for a reply from yesterday.
I paid for 24 cans of food for cats, and I received 12 cans after that I sent them back and again I received 12 cans but I paid for 24 cans. Then the order was closed on the website. So I overpaid plus I didn’t receive fully the stuff which I ordered. I called to trendyol but what I hear is: “I do not KNOW inglish”… and that’s the help which I’m getting…
My orders getting mostly returned by the cargo for no reasons. 3 out of 4 items will be returned to the sender. I have contacted the customer support through the chat box but no reply, I called them but no english speakers, they didn’t even return the money for over 1000 Tl. Horrible service.
Why am I still being charged fees for something I’ve already paid for and should arrive tomorrow? I ordered a wall poster from Tees360S. At the beginning of the month. I’m still being charged fees of $.11, $3.59, $6.09, $.88. Everyday I have more charges! Why?
