Transavia Airlines is a Dutch airline that began operations in the year 1996. A budget carrier, Transavia has its headqarters at Haarlemmermeer and operating bases at Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Eindhoven,
Paris-Orly, Nantes and Lyons. Presently, the airline, with a fleet of 45 aircraft, connects to some 98 destinations in Europe and North Africa. We were forced to miss our flight in Pisa Italy to Amsterdam, on October 30 2018 , because of the incompetence of Transavia Airlines. It has cost me 2500.00 to rebook new flights to get home today.
I booked my flight from Vienna to Larnaca on KLM. As a passenger with a disability I require an assistance dog. There is no problem boarding with the dog in Vienna, however the flight from AMS to LCA is operated by Transavia who says they can not confirm the dog because the flight was booked through KLM. KLM says they have no access to Transavia’s system to help me. I have contacted customer support and found them completely unconcerned. Is this how you treat passengers with disability? or can someone please help me resolve this simple issue?
During my business trip from VIE to ORY, my luggage got lost. I asked via transavia customer service for compensation of articles of clothing, I had have to buy during my stay (luggage arrived 3 days later; request IWEB-18839 ). No response after 14 days. Call to CS for receiving feedback ( extra charged phone call costs ( ! )) – very poor and no competent information, available. After sale service a disaster in this company.

I have missed the flight from lisbon to lyon due noncooeration from your staffiliate at the airport.they did not properly guided me and also did not alert me about the check in.so i missed the flight.there was no flight on that day according to my choice until next night. Ref. GB7TTQ
