I would like to make a complaint about the handling of a rejection to board a Tianjin airlines flight from London Gatwick to Guangzhou on december 28th, 2016. The flight was scheduled to leave around 9:05pm. I was in transit and en route to Hong Kong, with with onward tickets already confirmed through Jet Foil, from Shekou to Hong Kong. I had booked the ticket 2 hours in excess of the 72 hour transit period; however, I had lived in mainland China for over 2 years prior to this WITH a legal working/residence visa.
As a direct result of this refusal, I had no choice but to pay 600GBP to Emirates for a last minute flight, which was scheduled to leave the next day from Heathrow and caused me great inconvenience, distress and financial hardship. I am now pursuing an official complaint with the company and intend to persist until the situation is remedied
I will be flying on 18 february from London gatwick to chongqing at 21.00 hours. please make sure that the plane is in good working order for the flight, a sane and sober pilot and the baggage checked thourghly as I am the price of wales in disguise.
