I sent a consortium of items through Thailandpost on 19 March 2021, itโs 29th July and the goods have never been received.
I have sent weekly emails following up and itโs always the same automated reply.
I had a package mailed to me from New York on 10/17/2019,arrived at the infamous Laksi Postal station in Bangkok 10/24 and now, 13 days AFTER arrival in Thailand, still undelivered to Hua Hin a 3 hour journey from BKK ! Not the first time an incoming package went ” Missing ” but it will be the last time I allow Thai sticky fingered Postal hands to touch anything in/out of Thailand
I offered some Jewllery from Phuket Patong.

On the net it says that the delivery has arrived in Dubai on 15 th Oct I did not receive yet.
My mobile number is 0544699400
How do I contact the Thailand post office in Dubai . What is their number and address where I can go and physically collect my parcel .
Airmail continually goes missing, emails are ignored.
What an appalling service. Even regular household bills arrive after they have been paid, that is if they arrive at all.
Check my emails to Laksi!
We sent a parcel from Thailand to Germany on JUNE 2017.
The Parcel never arrived.
We sent MULTIPLE Emails to Thailand post, filled in EMS and NEVER received an answer from Thailand post.
We even called, but no one understands english and sometimes they just hung up.
After we send (old-School) LETTERS to the Headquarter Lak si, we finally received an answer, we contacted them too late, there’s nothing more to do. And by the way, we don’t pay indemnity – excuse us? We Contacted you too late?
What about the plenty mails we sent you? And the EMS form? And calls?
After us replying again and telling them AGAIN how often and desperate we tried to contact them – no more answer from the so called Customer Department (International ) Lak Si, Thailand Post.
We gave up on our parcel, I guess they just took out what they wanted – that’s way nobody replies.
I don’t now. We’re desperate and disappointed.
The WORST Customer Service I ever experienced.
Lucky you, IF your parcel arrives – or sombody replies to your inquiries.
Dear Sir /Madam,
Ref EE149019597TH.
Following on from my wifeโs many emails and phone calls to you, I am thoroughly disgusted at the way we have been treated by Thailand Post, we dispatched very important documents to the UK on 19 March 2018, we were informed that if we paid an additional fee to send via EMS that the documents would arrive at the destination within 7 days, this has NOT happened.
Since contacting yourselves we had all the documents recopied and notarised again which is a cost in money and time for us, these were then sent via DHL whom delivered within 5 days!
After advising you of the in-transit situation we were asked to provide copies of the documents together with a fully filled out claim form, this we did as a matter of urgency, now after weeks of waiting for confirmation of compensation, we are still being informed that you are checking into the matter.
The fact of the matter is due to your incompetence we have lost very important documents somewhere in the world, this is an utter disgrace and we wonโt be using your โserviceโ again!
Please give us the courtesy that every customer should have and forward what you owe us today.

Why the English page from Thailand show the list of countries in Thai Language? I want to calculate a 1 kg parcel with to America, but can not read the countries. Some month ago the list was written in English.
I am expecting a parcel from Germany. It was shipped from Germany DHL. The parcel was passed to Thailand Post when it entered Thailand.
DHL tracking number in Germany was CD613182731DE
On 19/06/2017 I posted a letter, Tracking No RR235216158TH, from Changklan Post office, Chaiang Mai to Perth Australia.
Staff at Changklan Post office assured me that when it arrived at destination in Australia it would show on the tracking website. I have checked the website daily. Today, 03/07/2017, there is still no information on the tracking website about the arrival of my letter.
The recipient of the letter emailed me to say it had arrived in Australia.
Can someone explain how and why Thailand Post failed to provided the service it promised
