Dear Sirs
Your toilet facilities were not up to your minimum standard. I attempted to use the station toilets at Richmond Station today at around 11.15 am. I have paid the 20p charge. I am writing to you to receive and apology because your toilets were not up to your standard. I am asking for compensation too. Your staff ignorant about these standards. It is a requirement to display them.
