Fliers can visit the TAROM website to book a flight online using MasterCard, Visa or American Express cards. Tickets can also be reserved with any of the authorized agencies. The search tool on the website allows one to see the available flights for the destination and date. Use the TAROM mobile app to search and book flights on the move. If you already have booked a ticket, you can view your trip details with the reservation reference number. Additionally, fliers can also check-in online to avoid the airport queues.

On most flights, TAROM allows one free cabin baggage with max weight of 10kg. The checked bag should not exceed 30kg. Business class passengers are allowed to carry 3 checked baggages. For excess baggage and fee, visit the website or speak to a TAROM customer service representative.

Members of Flying Blue loyalty programme can also earn miles flying with TAROM. TAROM has codeshare agreements with Aeroflot, Air France, Alitalia, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, KLM, Royal Jordanian, Iberia, among others.
