I am trying to complain to the airline, but they write that they do not handle complaints by email. After I talked to them about my inability to take their flight, my booking has disappeared from their system, and now it is impossible to retrieve it as I am receiving error message. They ask to fill in the form online, but it does not seem to work either. I asked them about the authority I complain about the airline to, but they refused to disclose such date. Thus I am stuck at a stage when I am unable to submit a complex written complaint to them.
