Is there anyone within Sriwijaya air who can tell me when the promised repayment due to the corona pandemic will take place? After almost ten months of waiting, I think there must be someone who thinks we will pay these people back the money they are entitled to.

I have tried your contacts. No email as suggested on this page. I have tried to send 3 emails through your website, but each time it freezes.
You have charged me twice for my tickets. My bank has advised me to contact you & give you 5 working days. This is it. Then they will take proceedings to reverse the second payment you took out.
Same names, same flights, same dates. Seriously dodgy…
Any one else have this issue when trying to book tickets. First time says jnsuccessful, then second line successful – yet low & behold you get charged TWICE!!!

I have the same problem as you had… First booking failed after payment and then got cancelled, never received a ticket or anything. Tried to contact them via the contact form without success. Called the customer service, they said I should book again, they will only charge once. Now I see in my bank statement that they charged me twice!

I have done everything I could to book a ticket on your site, and it just doesn’t work. I have joined the club both in my and my husband’s names because now even though I have put in passwords for both of us, it now says that the password is already in use. Well, of course I just put it in. I have gotten as far as putting in my credit card info to still not be allowed to book. I don’t know if it is a game or what.
