About Skymark Airlines
Skymark Airlines is a Japanese airline founded in the year 1996. With its main hub at Haneda Airport, the airline operates a fleet of 27 aircraft to some 11 destinations. Upon booking, login online to make changes to itinerary, pre-select a seat or others. Check-in must be done 20 minutes prior to departure time.

It is bad that these days the airlines do not have contact through email. I cannot make calls from overseas as only have access to a mobile phone and it is too expensive
I’m from the United States. I just moved to Japan 3 weeks ago. I’ve purchased 6 one way flights over the last 2 weeks for me and my friends. One of my friends traveling from Washington DC had a flight booked on Jan 16th at 18:35 from Tokyo to Fukuoka. She nor I speak or read Japanese. When she arrived into Tokyo, she gave them the Reservation number instead of the flight number and they informed her she missed the plane and booked her on a later flight to Fukuoka. The reservation number she gave was for a flight that left at 17:15. I would like to get a refund on the additional flight she purchase. Please email me and I can give you further details.
