I am a season pass holder and am disgusted this park purposely oversells its haunted house tickets and as usual, lines for everything are HORRIBLE. Park also closes too early making it impossible to do the haunted houses in time (only able to do one) . Takes an hour to get a beverage or snack with one or two people handling a line of 50.
I visited the park yesterday as a school field trip chaperone. I, along with many others, were thoroughly disappointed with the very long wait lines both at rides and all the snack & food stands. It was an awful experience yesterday. The amount of people in the park vs the amount of employees you had didn’t measure up. You clearly did not have an appropriate amount of employees to support the amount of people in the park yesterday. Waiting an hour and a half for food is unacceptable. It was by far the worst experience including the lack of customer service to the insane wait times throughout the park. The prices are so high and the quality is horrendous. I will never return.
Trying to get a call back about my 11 season passes I purchased for Xmas gifts for my family. Been waiting for days with no avail. Great Escape customer service is terrible!!!!! Due to Covid some of us haven’t been able to activate the passes. My email with all the names and activation codes are gone and I need Great Escape or whoever emails them to resend so we can start using them.
