For sending within Singapore, you have Ordinary Mail, Registered Article, SMS Mail, Poly M, SmartPac, SpeedPost Express, SpeedPost Priority and SpeedPost Standard. Each of these products vary in features. While the non-standard Ordinary mails can be received in 3 to 5 working days, you can expedite the delivery by opting for Ordinary Mail’s standard delivery. Extremely poor service. Parcel sitting in warehouse for 9 days!! Called 4 times – Customer Service says they will talk to Manager and someone will call me back. Nothing happens!! Tracking system says will be delivered in 3 days. Where is it?? Never again. Other courier services worth the extra money for their efficiency and relatability.
I write to express my disappointment with the poor customer service provided your subsidiary, Couriers Please. The delivery couriers fail to deliver and the customer service centres provide inconsistent information.
As an online service user I rely on honest product descriptions combined with reliable service delivery services. As a result of the poor courier service I have specified to my suppliers not use Couriers Please until there is a significant improvement in service standards and reliability.
My complaint to Couriers Please is also reflected in the litany of poor service complaints listed the Product Review website.
